    don't care what you call them....they are by far a great exercise. I used to do them with the curl bar as opposed to a dumbell....either works awesome especially reaching far back!

    Nice video! But hey I have question, I saw that your right hand during pullups didnt fully stretch out, is this a similar thing that arm wrestlers have? As you have thrown so much in your career or you had some speficic injury there?

    Barbell lunges is good exercise for big and strong legs
