    DUDE ! I have my bandit 650 for 10 years, +60.000 riden on it, I just discovered this now !
    The seating position always felt weird, the front ''flap'' was on low (a bolt missing, the other is not the OEM one), the front bushing was on low, the rear was on... high !
    I adjusted it, it feels so much better 🤩

    Excellent video. Straight to the point, clear, conceise, no rambling. Among the best made and most useful videos I've seen on TH-cam... and I watch a lot of motorcycle wrenching videos by a lot of people. But I've been told this seat will fit my bike (not a Bandit, but a GSXF) but it arrvied in parts in the box. So now I know how it fits together and how to adjust it. Brilliant as you Brits say.

    Thanks. The other videos only showed the adjustment of the front or 2 of the big rubber pads that get turned 180degrees.
    In summary all 4 pads need to be turned and the front adjusted. High part pointing outwards for high drivers, inwards for lower drivers. And the front adjustment just makes the gap below seat and frame less visible when set for high drivers.

    Hey mate thanks for the video. I have the 650s 2009 pretty match the same seat.
    Three simple questions plz. I see that you have the front rubber adjusters to the high position and rear rubber adjusters (those close to passenger seat) to the low position.
    Did you set it like that to tilt only the nose of saddle? Is it more comfortable? By this provision does the saddle normally fit into place or does it have difficulty installing?
    Thanks in advance!

      Hi, I adjusted both and it went back fine, the only thing I have a little gap at seat and tank, but it’s fine, thanks for watching 🤙

    I've just tried to adjust my seat to the highest setting as you've shown in the video, unfortunately when I refitting the seat to my bike I noticed that the 2 rear rubbers that you don't turn around then do not rest on the frame of my bike resulting in my seat bowing in the middle. If I do turn the 2 rear rubbers around like the front 2 then my seat will not lock into place. Afraid

      Is it the same model?

    • @tomipal4904
      @tomipal4904 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The reason is because you have to set apart the two seating in the middle. This video missed that. When you set apart you can also level up the middle metal part.
