At least you quote a realistic figure for the monthly retainer compared to the idiots who are claiming $1000 month retainer prices but I am interested in what you offer for a monthly retainer. I offer SaaS and elad generation so I am well aware of churn and providing value to retain clients.
I think the market is still very new so my offer is a bit more from the consulting standpoint and prototyping vs just selling a chatbot. But given your expertise and your time allotment is what will dictate your price. I can’t have clients for less than $1000/month because human interaction takes time and it is not worth for me time wise. Plan to be at 5000/month per client

Completely agree on fake courses in this field. I am thinking that they don't even do the actual business, they just earn money from courses. Everyday new guy comes to youtube and claiming that they run agency.

Do we really have to deal with langchain, nextjs etc? are they the most efficient way to build these chatbots?
There are 1000 ways you can build a chatbot, all depends on complexity and environment. This is one of them, plus chatbots that are sold as a product are not extendible. If you client have some sort of front end requirements then you probably will be saying no to them and sending them to the guy who knows NEXTJS

I would love to hear your advise on pricing Chatbots, as I’m a beginner with botpress and zapier all I can do is a lead collection chatbot with a knowledgeBase, is a lead collection chatbot have promised result?
Why don’t you try to do it for free for a local business. Without an existing testimonial it will be hard to sell new business. Sell one for free and then if you don’t foot job put them on retainer something like $200/month and constantly improve something every month
