Looks good, but the bulb socket needs glued in place. A light bulb swinging freely on a loose live electric cord will eventually crack.

i agree that why the one i want to make would be a floor lamp almost 8 feet tall and the socket would go inside the PVC pips i just need to find the size of pipes that will fit a 1.98"diameter socket

this is almost what i was going to make but i doing a floor lamp one using a Parasol Umbrella Base Stand Patio Fill With Water/Sand for the base then the rest almost the same but the neck 7 feet and 8 inch tall then the end of the top of pips elbow then 3 feet pipe then elbow then a 3 inch pipe push the socket inside the socket is 1.98" diameter and so i need to find a pip size that can fit the socket inside it
