Reliability: Able to discriminate test subjects, Validity: How accurate is a test compared to a gold standard

Hello everyone, when can we say if the test is reliable?
Intra: when 1 tester reaches the same conclusions about subjects on 2 different measurement times. Inter: When 2 or more testers have a high level of agreement about the test interpretation

Please give me explanation of your answer because necessary condition is validity than realiability come . Example:A watch is showing 8 a.m. eveytime and every time when we see the watch .The watch showed 8 a.m. so watch is realible .but the watch is not valid because it was not given correct time so please explain your answer

In order to be valid a measure has to be reliable be carful scenario A is wrong u should only have 3 scenario only(if the test is not RELIABLE IT CAN NOT BE VALID!!!!!)

No it's correct it is valid as once in average you are hitting bullseye but your shots are not consistent hence not reliable .
