Content is very Consistent, I absolutely love the Cape Cod East coast style designed of this home. I Love the Grey and White Interior i think it is a great choice, nice home... it feels homely it definitely is a great place for a Family....Kitchen, Living, and Backyard is very nice...Love the amount of space as well. Amazing home, I like the tour my only concern are why does that huge kitchen only have 1 sink and where is the body dryer for the bathrooms? I would upgrade some of the toilets, the laundry room needs poles to hang up clothes and needs counter tops to fold clothes.

I know one thing... the dumbest thing to do is have your office next to a guest bedroom or half bath.. its an invitation to someone going into your office and gaining information they have no business having.... so with that said the half bath is far enough away from the office its just the guest bedroom has now become my in house music studio instead of a bedroom... I take security to the extreme and also may have family members that are A holes that would take information on me... so they can get paid either stealing from me or selling information. As for dealing with associates and people that are considered friendly... I go to their location... not necessarily a home... they never come to the house... I mean these people have all this money to buy these homes really would not want a bedroom next to an area they conduct business unless that bedroom is for their use only for when they work so long they just can't make it upstairs...LOL
That kind of driveway is just plain stupid, what is the purpose? If that is real grass and even if you have a gardener will it ever look good after you move in?

This was a bad tour. Could not get a thorough flow of the house. Did u not do a walkthru b4? So u could plan the tour properly
