Me and stainless hardware have a love/ hate relationship. It galls so easy. A little anti-seize goes a long way. I like your slow and steady technique though.
WOW new TJ content. Glad this showed up in my recommended feed. Hats off to you. Love my TJ. Got a pile of parts in the garage waiting to go on it. Better late than never.

great content. i have a 97 TJ with a 5.3/700R4 on 33's and stock axles. I have a set of built axles set up for coilovers but not ready for that full commitment yet of coilovers and a stretch. Yours is looking good.
@@sixfeetunderfab ProRock 60 rear, and a sleeved, trussed, gusset D44 front. setup with coilover tabs though so would need to modify them to fit the current suspension mounts, its just a rough country 4" currently. so its either i use the coilover tabs and do all the work to the jeep to support the coilovers, or reverse the coilover setup on the axles and revert to a normal coil lift like you did on yours. long term a stretch and coilovers is the goal but not sure how feasible that is at this point in time. seems like a giant can of worms lol
I like how that armor came together.
I got worms! 🤣🤣
lol thanks!

Jeeps are like Legos. Haha no wonder you’re so good at them also what the hell is a nutsert

Awesome!!! What size nutsert did you use?
I am sorry, I should have told the size. They are 15/16"-18 UNC. On the Motobilt website, they are called RIVNUTs.
