Luck, connections and consistent results, mainly in an online PC space. There's lots of great players out there but you need to be able to have multiple long sets against a player xuses favors like axeice or wawa etc, then if you do good against them, enter tournaments and place high consistently (mainly majors or bigger online events), then have a decent sized following on TH-cam/twitter/twitch, and lastly if you're lucky enough for xuses to see your gameplay and think you're good enough then you'll get featured on the channel. Being sponsored definitely helps too
