Nothing on Nevermind is about Courtney, it's well documented that all the songs on that album were written before Kurt met Courtney. It's largely inspired by Kurts ex Tracy Marander. I don't know why Courtney felt the need to lie about that seeing as how much of In Utero is about her (heart shaped coffin anyone) but whatever she's a sociopath.
Kurt was a silent writer for most of that album. Courtney doesn't have the lyrical sophistication or musical ability to produce piece of work like that.

El Duce was a whack job. He died before the doc was even finished. Got run over by a train if memory serves.

Of all of those women the only ones I have ever searched for their videos to listen to again are D.O. and Liz P. But not often, a few times. Some, I never heard of, or don't recognize their names.
