Recipe and ingredients:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
150 gr. sugar ( around 7 oz = around 1 cup)
60 ml vegetable oil ( 8 tablespoons)
150 ml orange juice (fresh juice of 1 orange)
Grated orange zest
200 gr. flour ( around 8 oz = 1 cup - all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Honey
Coconut flakes
Bake at 160 C (320F) for about 45 minutes
You may check the readiness with new toothpick , if it comes out dry then the cake is ready !
