Recipe and ingredients:
3 eggs
pinch of salt
150 gr. sugar ( around 7 oz = around 1 cup)
60 ml vegetable oil ( 8 tablespoons)
150 ml orange juice (fresh juice of 1 orange)
Grated orange zest
200 gr. flour ( around 8 oz = 1 cup - all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Honey
Coconut flakes
Bake at 160 C (320F) for about 45 minutes
You may check the readiness with new toothpick , if it comes out dry then the cake is ready !

      I squeezed one small orange and used that fresh juice 🍊 If the orange is big then it would be better to use the fresh juice of half of that big orange

      As for the eggs, I am not so sure. I have tried once different type of cake without eggs but to be honest, the result was not good

      100 grams of sugar is around half cup, (10 ml can be around 1 tablespoon) 90ml - 9/10 tablespoons of milk, 50 ml - 5/6 tablespoons of sunflower oil (vegetable oil)

      I consider my videos as art and not just only recipes😊 therefore video might be longer and I love watching them , they are kinda therapeutic for me personally ☀️ and if the speed is slow for you, solution for you can be watching with 2x speed and it will be only around 3 minute 😉
