Glad you're enjoying the Mother City Stephanie. Welcome. Just a correction. There's no "white" area in Cape Town. Many blacks live in all areas of the city depending on income and choice. It just so happens that for historical reasons, the city does have more affluent whites whereas in other parts of the city and country, you'll find areas where the black "bourgeoisie" choose to live in greater numbers.
South Africa is different compared to other African countries.. Though some places are shit hole like any other countries. South Africa is the place to go if you want to get a European feel. I guess that's why a lot of Africans moving there for better life... South Africa is more westernised compared to other African countries..
But I wish though... Very Beautiful place and there's a very big hospital here Groote Schuur Hospital where the very 1st heart transplant in 1967 was completely done. Looking for ways to shadow someone there and see how their healthcare system works for them here. We have Medicaid, they call theirs Medicare aid
@@runfayalife We have free healthcare, so you can go for everything from medical issues to dentistry and ophthalmology, etc for free. Or you can opt for Private through a medical aid or you could pay cash. Even private doesn't cost that much if you were to pay cash and you don't have to wait to see a specialist. You just book your appointment and go on the date you choose
One of the best looking malls I've seen!
will love to visit Cape Town one day.

I am so proud of Cape Town. Just knowing that this is Africa, I couldn't put down my camera. I love CT so far. The streets are kept clean
we don't have Lions, giraffes and hippopotamus just walking around aimlessly on the streets.
good job on this video
Tell them!
it's videos like this that will change the picture of Africa to the world
Only us can change the narrative.

This Is Africa to the world
It is indeed!
It looks so beautiful. Yet there's so much poverty and crime in other parts. Sad the whole country can't look like that mall.
I will be travelling from New York.
Be ready for a very touristic drive around Cape Town.
So many places to visit and history to be heard.
Come with an open mind
The Africa some people choose not to see even when its in their faces
I'm telling you!
More power!

@@Stephanieayi01 Medicaid/Medicare gets taken advantage of by insurance companies. I'm curious how S.A. deals with that.
