Even though this video wasn't against the best decks in the game, he was up against some very aggressive decks and managed to still pull off the win with a deck that isn't supposed to do too hot against aggro. Pretty nutty.
Quest rogue = Very Aggressive, well aggressively bad maybe
Sure, murlock shaman is super agressive, but if murlock shaman has a turns like "heropower, pass" on 3rd trund, zou can beat it up with anything.

@@Innersoulwithinme I think the Zephyr's as well as the opponent low rolling the mutate into the 4/10 taunt are why it was as swingy as it was. The opponent's hand wasn't as terrible as a "turn 3 pass". They had steam up through turn 5. Firebat drew the nuts and the opponent low rolled.

I think Zephryus gives hex over polymorph because it leaves an 0/1 instead of a 1/1. Maybe 1 attack is valued more than taunt?

@@IamHex22 If you have 8 mana it almost always offers Tirion, because it believes Tirion to be the best possible way to spend 8 mana developing a minion. It can't read your mind or plan ahead, it just gives you three different options it believes to be the best for the situation and while it's often at least a little wrong there is a logic behind what shows up that you can manipulate once you understand it.

@@drewpeacock9087 ur opinion is wrong. Quest druid has insanely bad early game and no answer to wide boards with reasonable health. It does some crazy shenanigans if up against some slow decks though.

What about adding Vereesa for additional Jepeto target? Turns Maly on 10 with a rapid shot into 8 damage + weapon swing which is pretty nice
Thing is, Maly is just a backup plan for Jepetto. If he draws Brann before he can use Jepetto, at least he has a 1 mana Maly for some spelldamage shennanigans. A 1 Mana Vereesa is by far not as scary.
Yeah, the whole idea behind Vereesa is that she allows you to develop spell damage in a way that is usually hard to interact with so that it will still be around on a future turn when you'll have more mana available to cast damaging spells instead of putting out spell damage. Obviously a 1-mana Vereesa would be great, but it's kind of ignoring the point of the card which is already to set up mana efficient spell damage turns. If you're going to be discounting the spell damage source to play alongside the spells Malygos is obviously the way to go and adding more minions just makes Jepetto less consistent.
The original non-Highlander version ran Vereesa. I don't think it'd be terrible personally, but it very well could be the consistency off Jepetto is too important.

This deck is super useless vs control warrior but has decent chances against other decks and is pretty fun too... Nice

This deck is a lot of fun, but it loses super hard to Priest and doesn't do well against aggro.

I think a baleful banker would be a great card in the deck. Put brann back into the deck on turn 9 for an almost guaranteed jepeto hit if you draw brann before jepeto

@@BossofBlades Then you have to wait until turn 9 to play Jepetto at all, and the banker jepetto needs to be tutored out again.
@@paulgrimes818 just play jepetto on 8 like normal, If you hit banker and jepetto doesnt live just banker your brann when you draw it. Keep in mind this is worst case scenario
