BIG NOTE: the Japanese kid was 12lbs lighter , 4 inches shorter, and Floyd had a big reach advantage too. Maybe this is why Floyd didn't take it serious. There are weight classes for a reason. Buy hey wtf do I know. I'm just some jackass from Mexico.
whatever it was, hopefully rizin knows what theyre doing and got what they wanted out of it. they took that aura of invincibility away from their number one star. lmao
Yeah which is why people calling it a fix are so stupid. There was nothing in it for Floyd and there was nothing in it for rizin to have their star lose in 3 minutes.
He said the decision to even have the fight was a bad idea. Sorry but I agree, this is world class back peddling at its best. Fixed or not he should have said that Floyd isn’t an idiot that would risk his reputation unless he was sure he’d win and would come out on top.
Yet again we're waiting on another Jon Jones video, this time not on his drug results, but the fact he declined the huge honor of talking to Chael, disgraceful brat.
Totally agree with you...that fight looked real. Those were legit knockdowns. Connor/Mayweather looked fixed. 100’s of millions of dollars made, both guys came out looking good...nobody hurt the other. Pew something stinks.
3luckydog the conor/May weather fight seemed real, there was so much on the line in terms of legacy for each individual fighter as well as both sports they represented, for those two huge reasons, even for the amount of money involved, I’ll never Believe that one was fixed.
This video should be entitled “How to spend 10 minutes avoiding simply saying ‘I called it wrong’”. Dude, cut it out. You said Floyd was going to lose. He won. It’s that simple....
Why would you think that? Since the beginning any boxing fan knew floyd would win especially when it was announced to be a boxing match. Would you think that a sumo could win a race against an Olympic runner?
True, but Chaels not the type to admit when hes wrong. Instead, he looks at the story line & searches for ways to fit his intelligent prediction into it. This time instead of admitting hes wrong he 1st pats himself on the back, well i knew it was gonna be a fugazzi(which he tries to continuously use when talking about the japanese, i guess he feels it makes him sound like he has insight on that culture... Unfortunately its an Italian term, but whatever) then he goes on to convince of that story. Truthfully, this bout was what it was, an exhibition, that means even if they wantd to & it went to decision, they couldnt rob floyd. He wouldnt somehow be like "fuck, they tricked me, now im 50-1 as a pro. I shouldve listened to that genious mother fucker named uncle Chael... Even though there has never been a professional boxing match fought at 3-3min rounds.... EVER.... The boxing comission will probably look past that and the trickery & the contracts and just make my record stand at 50-1. Everybody thinks Floyd is a dummy, cuz he cant read, maybe, if thats true, but even if he wasnt taught to read when everybody else was learning to read he was learning to read people, body language, facial recognition, reading intentions and fast. He really understands human behavior, i can see small minute he picks up on in interviews, fights, press conferences that show it. Floyd is sharp & he doesnt go into fights to even give any room for someone to get an angle on him. Hes not 50-0 and the highest paid fighter in the world because hes the absolute most gifted athlete to ever perform. People need to start to acknowledge what really makes Floyd special, his mind.
*There are only 2 answers to this. 1. Fake. 2. Mismatch due to different weight classes. Tenshin has better dance moves than Kevin Lee's chicken dance* ✅🙂
Draziw i mean it’s not like this is some elite win for Floyd. Most people consider him up there with SRR, in p4p all time list but this fight does nothing for him legacy wise.
@mc finn that is a valid question Finn. Now i don't come to you with an answer, i just offer to you my opinion that Bill simply doesn't understand the joke. Which leaves us with this.. where does Kevin lee fit into all this?
He came in late and made Tenshin re-wrap his hands because they didn't get to inspect the wrapping because they were late. So he wrapped his hands again and missed his normal warm up window. But the real gotcha was when he changed the rules on him. What happened was they tried to rope Floyd into a kickboxing match. Floyd agreed to all of it then waited until it was too late to pull out and gave them an ultimatum that the rules would be boxing, otherwise he was going back home. They had to have the show by then and the only thing to do was to throw Tenshin to the lion because he had zero chance under those rules. I don't agree that it was really a setup. They thought Tenshin would have a shot if they could get a kickboxing match but Floyd pulled a fast one on them last minute and got his own rules and no way he was going to lose.
He didn't even fight like himself. He came straight at tenshin with his hands up covering his face rather than being in the Philly shell like he has done for the past 2 decades. Didn't stay on the outside and try to avoid the shots, just came straight at him
Dude - Conor McGregor is 170lb Irish Gorilla. Tenshin is 135lbs dripping wet, and Floyd outweighed him by at least 10lbs by the time they entered the ring. I am dumbfounded by all these people who think this was a fixed fight. Did you see when Nasukawa got knocked down the first time? That look on his face when he looked over at his corner? Yeah - that's the look someone gets when they just got cracked by someone bigger and stronger than them.
Finally a comment on this fight that makes sense lol, the size difference was crucial Floyd could have dropped his hands and let him hit him all day with no impact the kid was faster and used that problem is that put him off balance meaning him being even slightly caught by a professional boxer is gona knock the wind right out of him, you combine size power and experience and you have an unbalanced fight.
Floyd needs to have 2 wins reversed. A petition should be given to the .NVBOXCommission to give Marcos Maidana is rightful victory over floyd as well as L. Castillio., This is making boxing look bad.
@@robroux6074 A lot of people felt that he lost that first fight with Castillo, but I don't remember the Maidana fight being that close (have to go back and watch it).
This is so far off that I'm wondering if this is still part of a marketing strategy LOL...If this is made in all seriousness you believe that Floyd could beat Canelo Alvarez in his early twenties fair and square but had to fix a fight with a non boxer who is 138 lb soaking wet and 5 foot 4? Which makes you wonder how good are Chaels prescription drugs really?
Actually the better question is, how ignorant are you? This “fight” was a complete joke from start. It’s just more Floyd and his handlers making more money. He barely taped that guy who has taken some REAL hits over his career and withstood them ALL. Does he make Floyd money? I doubt it, so taking a payday to get “knocked out” makes a lot of sense.
@@michaelsworld6292 who stands after being hit behind the ear by a left hook from Floyd Mayweather?? Lollol you clowns will say anything to discredit Floyd. But fact is, you couldn't find ANYBODY to tarnish his record even before this fight. Your hopes of the young (overhyped) McGregor beating Mayweather was quickly turned into a dream! Chael Sonnen is still sleep lol! Floyd Mayweather is a world-class champion... never forget that!! His record won't let you 😂😂😂.
@@canonevans1207 you mean the guy who has knocked out only one boxer since 2008? These punches just didn't land and the flopping around was just so disproportional to the strikes being thrown. He literally looked like he'd received the stone cold stunner, WWE style. Also Tenshin threw almost all of his punches into the gloves. Add the fact this was touted as an exhibition, purely to protect the record of the undefeated loser and the fact exhibitions are not at the whims of corruption agencies like professional fights. The fake crying at the end looked silly too. Floyd would beat this guy all day every day in a boxing match, of course. But this just looked like a stich up. So why would they fix a fight he would win? so he could make 9 million without even training or conditioning himself. It wasn't the fact Floyd won, or that it was in the first, it was just that it didn't look legit. This adds or takes nothing from Floyds legacy. Its just a money grab.
I don't understand why you would fix the fight for Floyd to win when it was already basically guaranteed Floyd was going to win already. Its like putting Michael Jordan against a toddler in one on one and then paying the toddler off to lose. Can someone please explain because all the people saying it was fixed don't seem to be touching on this.
Exactly. And I doubt that Japanese people would prefer him to lose rather than win, anyways. But in any case, you don't need to pay off Tenshin to lose, like he's actually the big show and can pick up floyd and brake him into 2 pieces.
No replies to that question??? Lol the same ppl saying the fight was fixed, are the ones who pay to see if Floyd loses. They are the ones making the man rich and don't even know it
People are saying that it looked fixed....because it looked fixed lol. The kid was clearly flopping and doing a poor job of acting. I laughed out loud watching
I respect Floyd and hate when people call fights rigged but this fight was a bit sketchy. Some of the things can be easily explained such as the 1 "knockdown" where Floyd clearly missed the body shot was just a trip. Floyd stepped inside so deep into the pocket Floyd's front foot was on Tenshin's back foot which made him trip and the Japanese ref was just incompetent and called it a knockdown. Also, people don't seem to realize just how much bigger Floyd was than this kid. They said Floyd was 147 and Tenshin 137 which is already a huge difference, but Floyd looked damn near 154 so that's why he fought so much differently, he was the much bigger, stronger, harder puncher. However, Tenshin flopping around after some of the knockdowns and crying afterwards seemed absurd. That's what made me feel like this fight was a bit sketchy. Obviously that kid had no chance to beat Floyd in boxing match, so why rig it? But also, why would Tenshin cry after? He couldn't have possibly expected to win his 1st boxing match against an all time great who was several weight classes heavier. The flopping around and crying definitely was strange to me as someone who has watched boxing for decades but rigged? Idk about that. My guess, knowing the way Floyd has done business his whole career would be that originally Rizin wanted Floyd to carry Tenshin for the full 3 rds, let him land a few nice punches knowing he's too small to KO Floyd but enough to make their star look decent against 1 of the greatest of all times and then have Floyd praise him afterwards as the "future of combat sports" and say a bunch of positive things about him. But the deal went bad, the money wasn't right, Floyd somehow felt disrespected, etc so Floyd said fuck it and just went in there and embarrassed the kid.
There are countless plausible answers to your question. Here's a simple one. Rizin might have guaranteed to Floyd that it would only last 1 round, rather than the advertised 3 rounds. He gets paid the same for 3mins work instead of 9. It's like you all forget Floyd backed out until they renegotiated - doesn't that seem suspicious? At that point he had them by the balls, and could probably demand whatever he wanted...
"He doesn't have a car. The promotor picks him up" sorry you are wrong there big time. Floyd has two American full time heads working for his TMT Tokyo brand. They were even the people who initially organised the fight in Japan a long time ago. Look into it.
yeah I laughed when I heard Chael say that the promoter picks him up from the airport as if he's just some journeyman fighter whose gonna make $5k to show $5k to win. Like does he think the promoter then dropped Floyd off at some random hotel and told him when he's going to pick him up to take him back to the airport? That's so ridiculous.
Why don’t people understand that Floyd did this as a exhibition, similar to a WWE event, it was pure entertainment like a story line. He can now do these events as he’s promoted and made his name in boxing to a different level.
DEATHRIPZ so because someone’s been kicked in the head before it means they can walk through punches? Aldo has been elbowed, kicked, kneed, yet got knocked out cold by 1 punch in 13 seconds..
This is like when the boxing fans thought Randy vs Tony was fixed because no way a high level mma fighter could beat a world champion boxer that quicky/easily best of all time vs a kid out of Japan who got fed some easy fights and no need for floyd to carry him rounds like he did for Conor
Randy beat Tony in MMA. With an athletic commission, judges, an official record. Floyd would not even fight a real fight under his own rules and came back for this joke which he admitted was for entertainment purposes only.
Except boxing isn't some small fringe sport like mma was back when that fight happened. Most people that watch mma have watched or do watch a lot of boxing as well.
U say he has more experience than Conor but Conor is undefeated standing up in MMA (including kickboxing) and former two division world champ in multiple organisations.... how does this kid have more experience than that??
Chael much love. But a few things first ko floyd hit him behind the ear kind of like jds vs cain one then his lead leg stepped on tenshins back leg n kind of pushed him so he fell with a trip but he was hurt. Also during the fight some japanese fans were pointing laser pointers in floyds eyes if u watch the fight slow mo u can see, not sure if floyd even knows that happened. Conor was maybe 15 to 20lbs bigger then floyd n floyd was my guess 15lbs bigger then a 19-20 year old kid. No way they fix it to make their star look terrible maybe get kod in a back n forth war or go a few rounds but to loose like he did ruins that kid. That will never go away. I think floyd fought an inexperienced kid who has an undefeated record n exposed him n floyd was much bigger which is rare for floyd. Kind of like how eral Spence kod that undefeated mexican guy recently 22-0 or something like that. Levels to this game n if ur coming in way lighter then floyd its not fair. Imo.
Great perspective, there was definitely something fishy about this. Not to put down Mayweather's striking skill, but a guy who takes kicks from muay thai pros goes down the first time he gets hit by a 40-year-old out of shape boxer? I never expected the kid to win 3 rounds of boxing against a more experienced, bigger opponent, but the way it played out was farcical.
Dude, come on... If it was a fix then it has to be the dumbest fix in the history of combat sports; What did Rizin have to gain by having their biggest cash cow and most popular Japanese fighter get destroyed in that manner while at the same time paying Floyd a lot of money to do so? Doesn't a fix inherently imply that both sides have to gain something? The only winner in that 'fix' would be Mayweather who would get paid handsomely for a 1-round destruction, meanwhile Rizin destroys the aura of their undefeated champion & biggest Japanese prospect, and for what? What did they gain? nothing. Tenshin fights in the 121lbs & 125 weightclass over in Japan, Floyd is in the 147 and 154 division in boxing, it is not crazy to think that his punches will have a big impact on a much smaller fighter. And every single punch that Tenshin got knocked down with connected so it's not like we are talking about phantom punches. The first knockdown which was the left hook behind the ear at the temple area messed up his entire equilibrium, that's probably the knockdown that looks the most questionable because it doesn't look particularly powerful but that's what happens when you get caught behind the ear (only the right hand that came after missed), the second knockdown which was the right to the body to set up the right to the head was pretty brutal, snapping Tenshin's head back with such force, now that one didn't look fishy whatsoever. The third knockdown, the check hook, may not have had such force behind it, but it was unexpected, something that Floyd always surprises his opponents with, and the punches that you don't see coming are the ones that hurt the most, plus Tenshin was already done by that point, he was fighting a much bigger opponent under HIS rules and got destroyed. If you notice, Floyd wasn't taking the match serious at first, he was clowning around, smiling, taking it easy because after all it was an exhibition. It was Tenshin who decided to get aggressive and turned it up by landing a mean left and then slipping Floyd's left hook, that was quite amazing actually, after that point you can see Floyd's demeanor change completely, you are not going to out hustle Floyd. The only fix here is the removal of Tenshin's biggest weapon, his kicks, and fixing the fight to be a pure boxing match against a smaller kickboxer who is 0-0 as a professional boxer.
You need to think outside the box a lot more my man. Also you're only viewing it from a western perspective. Japan's fight culture is completely different. It was clearly a fix.
Despite the clear reason and logic behind your explanation and argument, it is a futile exercise my friend because mayweather haters don't deal in logic and reason.
Only reason I can think that this would benefit rizin and tenshin is that fighting a world renowned fighter like floyd would put tenshin and rizin on the global scale and all over the media. Maybe it wasn't for monetary incentive but maybe it was for publicity which would make some sense, that's all I can think of anyways
I think u summed it up perfectly. Clearly not fixed. Human beings are susceptible to group think which is a scary part of our nature. Once a few start chanting "fixed", more will join without having a clue about fighting. Most have never been in a fight of any kind, much less amateur or pro boxing.
For that Japanese dude to be a fighter by trade. Was acting like he never took a punch before. Smh. Floyd is not really known for his punching power either. That fight was fake plain and simple.
Mayweather didn't train for conor… only did media days not sure what your talking about here chael, even Sr said Mayweather jr didn't train spent the whole time at girl collection and go karting paint balling. people even said he came in looking out of shape compared to all his other fights... he took conor so seriously that conor wanted smaller gloves and he gave it to him... cheal what you on man?
Floyd outweighed Tenshin by at least a stone, had a huge reach advantage, and knew this little 20 year old was 6 years from his prime, and no danger to knock him out. Conor outweighed Floyd, outreached Floyd, was in his prime, and could LITERALLY have killed him if this was a real fight. Big difference. If anything, the fix was that Floyd was supposed to knock him out in the third, but Floyd gambled he'd do it in the first and beat the shit out of this kid in front of his home crowd. The house always wins, and Floyd is always the house.
for a guy who seems to pride himself on being a smart, i'm so confused how chael has no clue why this fight makes no sense to fix. then again, he also believes that conor mcgregor did well over 10 rounds against floyd and didn't get carried through that far.
Spoiler Alert** if you haven't seen the fight. Floyd cracks that dude. Hard. The first knock down, anyway. He hit him flush and the guy, who is smaller than him, fell. Now the rest of the fight... But that first knock down was legit.
There was no fix! The guy was as big as my 2 year old niece! Stop hating ! He made 9 million in less than 3 min! You probably haven’t made 1 million in your lifetime! Floyd always does this thing with the gloves ! He had the same argument with MAIDANA about the gloves ! You are just jealous!
I don't like Mayweather but the fight was 100% real. Tenshin is 5ft 4 lolll. His reactions were funny because he had never been KOd before and he seemed deeply shocked. If you attack Mayweather like that then you get KOd e.g Ricky Hatton
Why would it be fixed? The kids rizin biggest star, Floyd was gonna Carry him for the three rounds til tenshin went serious and then it was over, no fix the kid too small for floyd
You're missing a big trick. Floyd had to sell the McGregor fight even though he knew it was a no-match. He wanted to break a PPV record therefore he had to sell Conor as a threat and train as such to sell it. Didn't have to with Tenshin. Just turn up beat him and leave. I think Tenshin actually lost his bottle in the first round so was selling those punches because he wanted out.
Yes, the fight was a work. A painfully obvious work. Watch the first knockdown again. Neither of the shots Floyd throws even land. If you can’t see that this thing was a work you’re either unversed in watching real fights or you’re just trying really really hard not to notice how fake to the point of silliness it was.
Haha Salty as always Chael the Mayweather hater so jealous says his purses are inflated but constantly goes on about mcgregor's pay as if that fact mmm biased much
There's literally no reason to doubt that Mayweather could maul Tenshin in an actual pure boxing match, but you have to seriously look at the footage and tell me that was a real fight. Here's a breakdown of the "knockdowns." #1: None of Mayweather's punches actually land during that first knockdown (it was technically a slip, but no one contests it). Nasukawa does his best awkward turtle impression, apropos of nothing. #2: Mayweather lands a right hook but pulls his punch, while Nasukawa jerks his head backward (rather than in the direction of the punch). This is probably the hardest looking punch, but Nasukawa oversells it badly. #3: Mayweather lands a hook and a straight (neither with any power). After getting hit by both punches, Nasukawa jerks his head in the direction of the initial hook, which makes no sense considering that was just hit with a right straight. That makes it pretty obvious that he was trying to sell Mayweather's punches, but due to the quick combo he didn't pull it off correctly. He proceeds to flop around like a Magikarp doing a Splash Attack. Then the towel gets thrown in. All of the above is what was actually recorded (see for yourself: th-cam.com/video/pqzVOBC_2sY/w-d-xo.html). If I wanted to tinfoil why Nasukawa was crying so hard afterward, perhaps he was told to sell the first round so that he'd get at least one more round to have a Rocky-style noble loss, but that was cut short, thus tears. In any case, it was a pointless exhibition, so who cares if it was fixed? It was all for the entertainment guys. The entertainment.
Honestly, I thought that it was fixed from the jump. But for those people still doubting let me ask you, when was the last time Floyd has gotten in the ring for anything less than a GUARANTEED 100 million dollars, plus whatever he makes off the back end? Well over a decade is the answer. So why would this man who has taken an incredible amount of consideration when choosing each and every opponent, and making hundreds of millions of dollars off of each and every fight, randomly accept a match run by a foreign entity that he can't control, for 9 million dollars? Even if it's only three rounds, Floyd is typically makes between 10 and 20 PER ROUND, if you were to break it down. It just didn't add up, *unless the deal was that he would get paid 9 million dollars, and only have to do 2 minutes of work. Plus he gets another w on his record from a respected name.* (even if it's exhibition... It's still something he can brag about) And the first question that I see some people ask is "Why would Rizin or Tenshin do something like this? What do *they* have to gain?" Well, a few things. 1. Rizin gets The Prestige and money that comes along with Floyd being on their card. 2. Tenshin benefits because he now has a fight with FMJ on his record. There are people who spent their entire professional lives hoping for a chance to fight with FMJ, and now this 20 year old kid already has that on his record. And the fact that he lost means absolutely nothing, because his loss made him a bigger name and star now then he was before. Honestly, how many people can even claim to know his name, on sight prior to this match being announced? Now a lot more people know who he is... Even if they can't say/remember his name properly.
Chael, Your wrong on this one. I saw it. This kid had no business in the ring with Floyd or any other world class boxer. It could have been much worse for him if he was matched with a top notch boxer his own size. The kid did hit floyd solid with a good shot, but please remember that floyd has a world class chin thats been tested by the real top Hard punchers. Believe me, this guy just wasnt anywhere near being an A or B boxer. Hell, he couldnt win a golden glove tournament in a good american state. And Yes I do know the difference.
Yes the Kid was smaller, but the Japanese Kid and RIZN asked for the fight. Floyd did not go looking for this kid. He didn't even know who he was. Floyd did not train one day for this fight.
Colby had the opportunity to fight for the title, and instead decided he "had" to have his sinus surgery. He was trying to call the shots from 2nd place, and he just doesn't have that kind of power. He gambled the timing and lost. In the mean time, Usman had a solid performance and swayed Dana to his side. So Usman is getting the fight with Tyrone since Colby shot himself in the foot.
Dude that Japanese kid took a spinning back kick straight to the groin and came back to knock his opponent out this guy can take head kicks and you want to pretend Floyd can even hurt him? Floyd just paid some little Japanese kid his whole life salary to take a loss in a sport he's not a part of. That's why he was smirking like this guy has been paid so much there's no way he's even going to try and pretend to hit Floyd. Dude comes in there like he doesn't even know how to throw a punch like look how big his swings are was he drugged? Yeah they probably slipped him a check and he just couldn't fight right after that. Floyd really needs to just take some MMA and become relevant again. Everybody just wants to see what Floyd Mayweather looks like when he takes a kick. You can block punches all day long but you can't block kicks all day long
Chael, I’m going in on you right now. Let me begin by saying, I believe strongly that if you’re not a boxing person you shouldn’t commentate on it. To boxing people, who are a unique breed for many a reason undisclosed at this point for the simple minded who’d never fathom, this commentary is disrespectful. The McGregor comparison is dumb because well, you’re wrong. You went on and on about Floyd should be more worried about a 20 yr old kickboxer than McGregor. Saying he took McGregor more serious. Wow, you sound like you’re still in boxing preschool here.... 1. McGregor started in boxing. 2. McGregor’s a striker in UFC and has 90% of his wins by KO. 3. Tenshin is a kickboxer, who train nothing at all like the way a boxer trains which is much more similar to a wrestler or ufc fighter(depending on their style) In kickboxing theres no head movement or catching and slipping so you can’t even move your legs the same. Should I even continue at this point? It was bullshit...yes...but only to Floyd. Look, if you didn’t grow up in a family filled with boxers including three world titles and endless amateur titles...you wouldn’t know that some of us are just so arrogant we don’t give a shit. Some boxers will purposely throw a fight to piss off their coach or their parents to be spiteful pricks and the whole three hour ride home is an argument about why’d you let that kid beat you...(amateurs) Then there’s the times when a pro will exhibition with an amateur and in between rds the kid is getting the treatment in the corner feeling like he’s breathing his last breath, meanwhile the pro is leaning over the ropes talking to his buddies in the crowd, or chit chat with the ref because he’s a pro, he probably knows the ref well. This was an exhibition. Floyd wanted to see what the kid was gonna do. The kid went 100% so Floyd went in on him to get rid of him. Wasn’t even pretty. That’s what an experienced boxer does with a guy in the gym when some kid comes up asking for sparring. We see how hard they wanna go and we go accordingly. This kid was stupid. He should’ve calmed tf down. If it was meant as a job then why would it look like mayweather went in there and made a mockery of the event by being late and laughing and not even being in shape?... OH! Btw Mayweather was not in shape for McGregor. His body looked the same as this bullshit. He hit the kid on the back top of his head. The second knockdown I’m surprised the kid got up and third knockdown made the kid cry. Everyone in japan really thought this kid was gonna be trouble for Floyd. Sounds like you even thought Floyd should be worried. Our sport isn’t based on brawn. It’s always been about intelligence. Any boxer would tell you, there was no intelligence needed for this. It was clear. If you’re not a boxer, it doesn’t matter what kind of “boxing” you do. Muy Thai is more effective to transition from into boxing than kickboxing. Actually the best boxers from other sports are usually wrestlers basketball players and soccer players. They usually make the best boxers regardless. It’s funny also to think you believe Floyd Mayweather, is gonna “play” when he doesn’t have to. You don’t know how these people work. He doesn’t have to play, he’s the man. He gets is 10 million. He doesn’t have to pretend to win. With as much respect as I can give in saying this, You guys sound fucking dumb You’re letting the word boxing attached to kickboxing make you think it’s anything similar to boxing? There’s balls in many sports. Completely different movements techniques timing everything. TO: EVERYONE UNLESS YOURE A BOXER OR AN ELITE LEVEL KNOWLEDGE BOXING PERSON STOP TALKING LIKE YOU HAVE A RECORD #pissedin2019
In my opinion, Mayweather got angry when the media started clowning him and saying that he was afraid of Tenshin and ducking him. He was also upset with Rizin which started this whole circus of fighting or not fighting. Either way, destroying a 20 year old kid without any professional boxing training or record was almost mean-spirited for an "exhibition". Floyd was out to prove a point instead of putting on a show.
Don't forget that McGregor is a 170+ knockout artist in his prime and the kid is the size of chick that primarily throws kicks in a fight where kicks are prohibited.
They should have tried to book Tenshin the closest thing to a super fight in MMA immediately after Floyd publicly said the fight was off while everyone was still googling his highlight reels in awe of him. I feel like people discredit him as a fighter after this weirdness with Floyd.
Tenshin is a 30-0 KICK BOXER. You’re telling me he got knocked down by a few jabs when he can withstand explosive head kicks? Don’t be naive, look at his previous fights, this man doesn’t feel pain.
It all makes sense now. Floyd and Khabib was talking about a boxing match. Floyd went and boxed an MMA fighter in a fixed match and fake destroyed him. Now he's targetting Khabib again right after "Did you see that? I just destroyed an MMA fighter. Box me Khabib are you scared now?"
"it was for entertainment" Floyd said post fight Think about it, Floyd said he wasnt going to do it, than weeks later he said "they came up with better terms I could accept" Imagine 20 year old tenshin 20 pounds less than Floyd, gets threatened to "sell" his lost. What you see there is classic anime acting,I would cry and flail around for the Yakuza lol. "if the audience doesnt believe you, we wont give you the money"
Rizin : oh don’t worry it’s an exhibition
Floyd: I CAN’T LET YOU GET CLOSE!
Bro comment of the day 😂😂
Lmfao bro!!! You're a fool!!! 😂😂😂😂
😭
Lmao
Loooool
BIG NOTE: the Japanese kid was 12lbs lighter , 4 inches shorter, and Floyd had a big reach advantage too. Maybe this is why Floyd didn't take it serious. There are weight classes for a reason. Buy hey wtf do I know. I'm just some jackass from Mexico.
And this was an exhibition.
And 20 years of professional boxing experience
He was more than 30 pounds lighter. Tenshin fought at 121. Floyd fought at 154.
Floyd has fought as high as 154 and Tenshin fights at 125. He was more like 30 pounds lighter.
Build the wall
whatever it was, hopefully rizin knows what theyre doing and got what they wanted out of it. they took that aura of invincibility away from their number one star. lmao
He’s not there star
missing hours I don’t think so. The way they see athletes is a lot different than the way the western world does.
If inside in the organization they know it was a dive then the fighters he faces next will treat him no different than before this event.
Yeah which is why people calling it a fix are so stupid. There was nothing in it for Floyd and there was nothing in it for rizin to have their star lose in 3 minutes.
It does little damage to tensions name. He is literally like 40 pounds lighter.
Jeez Chael really loves to take the scenic route to his points~
Chael loves nothing more then the sound of his own voice.
Never lost a route

yup
He said the decision to even have the fight was a bad idea. Sorry but I agree, this is world class back peddling at its best. Fixed or not he should have said that Floyd isn’t an idiot that would risk his reputation unless he was sure he’d win and would come out on top.
well he might of lost if it wasnt fixed

@@joser51o hahaha sooo true
By know you should know how the curse of Chael works
He may have if the fight was real

Bill The Bull Gates yeah but you’re forgetting something. This all begs the question, just how good is conor mcgregor?
The classic "Double-Double Cross." Can't pull a fast one on Chael Sonnen that's for sure.

I hate saying a fight is fixed, but I also hate not telling the truth about what I know I am seeing.
I want floyd to fight buakaw.. lets see what happens
Floyd needs to have 2 wins reversed. A petition should be given to the .NVBOXCommission to give Marcos Maidana is rightful victory over floyd as well as L. Castillio., This is making boxing look bad.

Good point. Probably buys the generic sketchy crap from india.
These people are morons
Actually the better question is, how ignorant are you? This “fight” was a complete joke from start. It’s just more Floyd and his handlers making more money. He barely taped that guy who has taken some REAL hits over his career and withstood them ALL. Does he make Floyd money? I doubt it, so taking a payday to get “knocked out” makes a lot of sense.
@@michaelsworld6292 who stands after being hit behind the ear by a left hook from Floyd Mayweather?? Lollol you clowns will say anything to discredit Floyd.
Connor actually asked for smaller gloves and Floyd allowed it
Floyd looked like a heavyweight compared to that guy cmon of course he didn’t take him serious.
Ahh yes I agree, but where does jones cocaine filled turanibol fit into this?

According to this reasoning, whenever we see an MMA fighter where a fight lowers his gloves and smiles, it's a fixed fight.... Jesus.
But the question remains... where does Kevin Lees chicken dance compare in all this?

U say he has more experience than Conor but Conor is undefeated standing up in MMA (including kickboxing) and former two division world champ in multiple organisations.... how does this kid have more experience than that??
I found it odd mayweather kept moving forward being aggressive because you don’t see that out of him too often.
I remember Mayweather smiling alot during the McGregor fight. He was making sure McGregor could see him between rounds relaxed and smiling.
Imo.
Tenshin was flopping around like a fish.

Floyd laughed and smiled the whole 2 minutes!! 🤣😂
Neil Definitely fixed.
SCORP 1 Floyd was 20-30 pounds heavier. Have you ever eaten a full force punch by someone that much bigger than you? With no protection?
Mayweather didn't train for conor… only did media days not sure what your talking about here chael, even Sr said Mayweather jr didn't train spent the whole time at girl collection and go karting paint balling. people even said he came in looking out of shape compared to all his other fights... he took conor so seriously that conor wanted smaller gloves and he gave it to him... cheal what you on man?
It was supposed to be a work, but they actually fought for real. Floyd went off script and actually started fighting for real.

Haroon Shah True
@Savage Cabbage your dumb.
@Haroon Shah Have you never heard of gambling?
Back to the question.. Why would rizin ruin there own talents career?.. For who Floyd I just don't get it
You're missing a big trick.

What's boxing??
There's literally no reason to doubt that Mayweather could maul Tenshin in an actual pure boxing match, but you have to seriously look at the footage and tell me that was a real fight. Here's a breakdown of the "knockdowns."
#1: None of Mayweather's punches actually land during that first knockdown (it was technically a slip, but no one contests it).
You can tell it was real fight
Yeah I'm sure Floyd Mayweather feels really doublecrossed with his 9 million, for working two minutes 🙄
It's still something he can brag about)
And the first question that I see some people ask is "Why would Rizin or Tenshin do something like this? What do *they* have to gain?"
Well, a few things.
It was a nice circus show.
😂
Chael,
Your wrong on this one.
I saw it. This kid had no business in the ring with Floyd or any other world class boxer. It could have been much worse for him if he was matched with a top notch boxer his own size. @@naz040 true I haven't got a clue bro. So please explain to a neophyte like me so that I can understand how youve made your assertion about Floyd.
@@layyah0905 casual piece of shit. Go back to ufc boxing isn't for you you haven't got the brains.
@ray jingcock why do white people smell like piss and biscuits? Genuinely curious???
Yes the Kid was smaller, but the Japanese Kid and RIZN asked for the fight. Floyd did not go looking for this kid. He didn't even know who he was. Floyd did not train one day for this fight.
Conor is far bigger and longer and has good stand up . I can’t agree with this point of view .
I'm wondering what the real reason is for Colby not getting his title shot? Did he price himself out of the fight?
Colby had the opportunity to fight for the title, and instead decided he "had" to have his sinus surgery. He was trying to call the shots from 2nd place, and he just doesn't have that kind of power. He gambled the timing and lost. In the mean time, Usman had a solid performance and swayed Dana to his side. So Usman is getting the fight with Tyrone since Colby shot himself in the foot.
TyRUN
aSinisterKiid lol so you can’t be injured then?
Jacob Pickerin the guy doesn’t think he was. That’s what the “ “ means
You can block punches all day long but you can't block kicks all day long
he's a boxer not a mma fighter oof
3. Tenshin is a kickboxer, who train nothing at all like the way a boxer trains which is much more similar to a wrestler or ufc fighter(depending on their style)
In kickboxing theres no head movement or catching and slipping so you can’t even move your legs the same.
Should I even continue at this point?
It was bullshit...yes...but only to Floyd. Look, if you didn’t grow up in a family filled with boxers including three world titles and endless amateur titles...you wouldn’t know that some of us are just so arrogant we don’t give a shit.
Some boxers will purposely throw a fight to piss off their coach or their parents to be spiteful pricks and the whole three hour ride home is an argument about why’d you let that kid beat you...(amateurs)
Then there’s the times when a pro will exhibition with an amateur and in between rds the kid is getting the treatment in the corner feeling like he’s breathing his last breath, meanwhile the pro is leaning over the ropes talking to his buddies in the crowd, or chit chat with the ref because he’s a pro, he probably knows the ref well.
With as much respect as I can give in saying this, You guys sound fucking dumb
You’re letting the word boxing attached to kickboxing make you think it’s anything similar to boxing?
There’s balls in many sports. Completely different movements techniques timing everything.
TO: EVERYONE
UNLESS YOURE A BOXER OR AN ELITE LEVEL KNOWLEDGE BOXING PERSON STOP TALKING LIKE YOU HAVE A RECORD
#pissedin2019
RyanGXP thank you!
Everyone forgot about Daniel “the towel” Cormier
In my opinion, Mayweather got angry when the media started clowning him and saying that he was afraid of Tenshin and ducking him. He was also upset with Rizin which started this whole circus of fighting or not fighting. Either way, destroying a 20 year old kid without any professional boxing training or record was almost mean-spirited for an "exhibition". Floyd was out to prove a point instead of putting on a show.
I hate to say I told you so, but I told you the exact opposite of what happened would happen. #stillundefeated
Or.... Floyd is good at boxing.
Then just how good IS Conor McGregor? 🤔
Yeah he never said he wasn't.
That makes you wonder...just how good is Connor Mcgreggor?
Kappa XD
People also fail to realize that Tenshin was also half the size of McGregor
Fishy as him getting magically triangle choked by Silva.
After Floyd beat Connor he realized MMA fighters don't punch hard enough to be a threat... and there's the results.
I could listen to chael for 10 hours straight
Podgy2003 lmao 😂
Love this, sounds like Chael is describing a shoot/work pro wrestling match.
The kid is a natural 121-lbs.
Floyd forced the kid put on 17 extra lbs for the fight to 138. No wonder the kid couldn't lift his arms.
Don't forget that McGregor is a 170+ knockout artist in his prime and the kid is the size of chick that primarily throws kicks in a fight where kicks are prohibited.
Why would he take a fight with 5ft 4 kickboxer who can't kick in the rules seriously?
"it was for entertainment" Floyd said post fight
Think about it, Floyd said he wasnt going to do it, than weeks later he said "they came up with better terms I could accept"
Imagine 20 year old tenshin 20 pounds less than Floyd, gets threatened to "sell" his lost. What you see there is classic anime acting,I would cry and flail around for the Yakuza lol. "if the audience doesnt believe you, we wont give you the money"
Chael chill. If Conor & Tenshin ever kick boxed, Mcgregor would win
