beautifully performed and well executed, I just love how whimsical the whole theme is, Lauren did an amazing spectacular peformance! Thank you to everyone who played a part of helping this creation come true.
It was a masterstroke to fully incorporate Irish language rather than just one or two "buzzwords": it rolls off so beautifully when a native speaker is the one singing. Congrats to all involved!
I've never heard Irish as a language (poorly stated I know) but as an outside perspective, atleast to me, this is what I would imagine Fairies and Elves would 'sound' like. (Spanish speaker here)
Let's not cut corners, although the intriguing and magical Avalon forest offers much more: Bayonetta Origins is a marvel of inventiveness and incredible visual delirium, coupled with a sophisticated sound atmosphere (the sumptuous waltz with Celtic tones presented in this video admirably illustrates the point), captivating the player by plunging him into an almost hypnotic state. Probably the most original exclusive we can find on Switch. My congratulations to Platinum Games for their audacity and gentle madness, as well as to the composer who brilliantly transcribed the lyricism and melancholy emerging throughout the adventure.

Such a beautiful song. It greatly sets up the tone of the game and story in this fairy tale adventure and embracing Cereza's origin and seeing her grow and become the Umbra Witch we see her as now. Especially at the 4:01 mark of the song. Platinum Games really nails it with the music in their games. The Bayonetta series feeling right at home with Nintendo. If it wasn't for Nintendo to step up and save Bayonetta from its cancellation during Bayonetta 2's development when every other publisher/studio had no interest in the series and IP, then we never would have gotten Bayonetta 2, Bayonetta 3, or even Bayonetta Origins made. It would have just ended with only one game. And thanks to Nintendo for giving Platinum Games the creative freedom to develop the games their way while making sure that both Bayonetta 2 and Bayonetta 3 had that "Nintendo level of quality", we got two of the greatest stylish action games ever, and the complete Bayonetta trilogy all on Nintendo Switch. Sega may have look at Bayonetta (the first game) as a failure even with its critical acclaim, but Nintendo look at it as a game/franchise that could help diversify their own lineup of franchises/IP's with one that is on the "Mature" side and features a strong female character/characters (Bayonetta, Jeanne, and Viola) that are bad*** female characters like Samus Aran from Metroid, and Bayonetta is known for her sexiness and appeal. And it worked! Bayonetta found new life with Nintendo.
A lot of not confirmed information, Bayo 2 was never saved by nintendo we call this exclusivity contracts. Neither Nintendo nor Platinum ever confirmed this story. On the contrary the report from the Nintendo's q3 meeting in 2012 shows that Nintendo wanted to buy exclusiv publishing rights for a handful of games to increase the WiiU lacking library at launch. 😒 I get it people love to romantise about Nintendo but having a critical eye is healthier for Nintendo and the consumers. The whole part about appeal of female characters I don't get at all, it's a video games get a grip...yikes.
