I have a Come Thou Fount sign up on my wall also, It's my favorite hymn. We just went through the "new" vehicle fiasco as well, but we went way old school lol, don't care for the electronic stuff (albeit convenient, not easy to fix). Ended up with a '76 Ford supercab and love it!
We've used MBTP... Levels 4-6 to 9-11 (ALL subjects up to 8-10). We used it through a Virtual Academy that allowed us to use a book curriculum. We were also required to use Saxon Math, Explode the Code, and Evan Moor Spelling. I had 3 kids using it at the time, all on different levels. I hated that... It is EXTREMELY rigorous if you do all of the activities and we had to submit samples weekly. Eventually we moved to another state. I tried only a few units from a couple of subjects and combined them to one grade level. Now when i use it, it's not so bad.
