I discovered this company when i realised most the books, films and games I was ordering from Amazon actually came from WOB. Such a great company. I don’t want it to ever get bigger or smaller. Please just remain a great seller
This is a great story and I have been a regular customer. However, unusually I have had a problem, not all of the firm's making but Iam really testing the quality of their communication and customer aftercare. I ordered 8 books and received notification that 4 of them had been dispatched. When the postman gave me the already-opened plastic bag with just one book in it I immediately chased the mail company but was told any complaint had to come from the sender. I alerted WoB and received an automated response but still await further contact. Separately I received a mail to say one of my books was too damaged in storage to send but no recognition of the problem I already had. Having seen this video I realise now they are no longer that small and personable customer focused company they once were.
Is there any pictures of the inside of the original shed location from when it was at its maximum capacity? Would be interesting to see how that was laid out
