After decades of being closed and abandoned, this historic building is now undergoing a major transformation. With a $54 million investment, the market is being restored to its former glory while introducing modern amenities and new spaces for the community to gather. Alongside the renovation, an active senior living community for 55+ is being built, creating a blend of history and future development in downtown Fort Worth. The market is expected to reopen in 2025, and I can’t wait to see how this iconic landmark will look when the project is complete!
