I'm certainly going to try this recipe...but I've watched a few videos now for pecan cobbler and the recipes can be so different! I just watched one that uses 1 1/2 cubes of butter, 2 cups of pecans and a cup and a half of brown sugar. I may just have to make SEVERAL of these cobblers! :)

I've never heard of Pecan Cobbler before...but hey...if there is a Pecan Pie, why not a cobbler? 😉 I'll be trying it out!! Thanks for the recipe!

You would want to use whipped cream if you didn't opt for ice cream, not Cool Whip. Cool Whip is sweetened & you need s/thing to cut the sweetness.
I wonder if you could substitute a cake mix?
..... any "salt" to balance out all of the sugar enhancing the overall flavor??
