The REDBLACKS completely dominated this one for 3 quarters. Laborn & Miller with their first CFL touchdowns and Damon Webb proved himself a real monster today with two pick 6 TDs!! Great job with the "next man up" by Ottawa overcoming lots of injuries. Way to compete. Go REDBLACKS!
Ti-Cats fan here. Save your energy until Hamilton does something worthy of a cheer. They managed to do that for Labour Day and the other win vs. the Argos...our only two wins all season. Definitely I'm happy Ottawa and Edmonton put in the effort to be competitive...and I'm excited at the turnaround by the BC Lions under Rourke as well.
@@szahmad2416 I’ll tell you this much. There is no way in hell the Bombers should have won the 2nd Grey Cup against you. Your OC called a WAY better game. Your QB was way better that day. About 10 things had to go right for the Bombers to win, and all 10 did. But I’ll take it. But I feel for your city and fans.
@@KyleJon thanks for the kind words, and I agree...that was probably the best chance we could have had for a Grey Cup in recent history, and if just one of many things had gone right, we'd have won. But that's how it always is with the Ti-Cats...even at their best, you're always either holding your breath or just plain disgusted with how they let you down. There has almost NEVER been a dominant performance from them for 35 years when it mattered; they were never aiming to win decisively; only not to lose. 2019 was the best season in their history, and kudos to them for that; they then proceeded to be flattened by Winnipeg. After 2021, they lost Cory Banks, Jeremiah Mazzoli and Dana Evans on offense...and the latter two had been instrumental in building up the Ti-Cats offense since Henry Burris left; they've been "meh" at best since then.
4th quarter, if one team is well ahead, I get the feeling that the strategy becomes to let the underdog team use up the clock instead of stopping a drive.
The score was a little misleading. The Argos gave 17 points in turnovers to Ottawa. The Argos had almost 500 yards in net offence compared to 410 for Ottawa, and the ARgos had 23 first downs compared to 12 for Ottawa. Chad Kelly is still a work in progress but when he gets going he is a dominating force. Mind you, the Redblacks defense really won this game along with an impressive 6 sacks. This is a game that the Argos would love to have again.
Hold on...sure, we Ti-Cats beat the Argos twice this year...but those were our only wins. Don't take away our Biggest Embarrassment trophy! It's all we have left!
Stampeders hasn't missed the playoffs since 2008 I don't think Stampedeers fans should be complaining and whining you can't be top of the league every year besides if the same teams dominate the league every year the same teams would be in the basement and the league would fold
@@Swaggapuss no kidding; WTF?? As a Ti-Cats fan, I would LOVE to have Dickenson's record right now....and we got our only Grey Cup in the last 35 years off of him at QB.
@szahmad2416 exactly that's the problem with the cfl. A team can be great for 10-15 years as soon as the team have a couple of bad season stadiums are half empty
@@Swaggapuss to be fair, it kind of puts the team on notice to shape up or else. I definitely prefer that to the Toronto Maple Leafs, for example. I'm okay with folks not showing up in protest of a bad season...that's actually the best way to effect change for a professional team. I just don't think Dickinson can be counted as the problem.
@szahmad2416 agreed, but some teams are going to have a few seasons of losing record in any sports. But it's in the cfl this is too frequent and that's why the stadiums are always half empty shm
Game highlights appreciated; go CFL go.

What a game Redblacks
I think all of Canada can’t help but cheer for Ottawa and Edmonton (and Hamilton) after all their fans have been thru.

No.

Ottawa was far and away better, kudos.
RedBlacks looking very, very good. They took the foot off the gas, but still...and I have to confess it's good to see Chad get his a** handed to him.

A “pick-six” right out of the gate!!! The Ottawa Redblacks score first!!!
Ottaw D is 🔥
Chad Kelly has to step up and get the crowd going.
Love the CFL.

Half of that yardage came in garbage time.
How is this misleading, dude thew 4 int. Net yards are not calculated in turnovers.
@excellNexcel
Offense wins fans, defense wins championships
scores are not misleading, they are a precisely accurate record of the points scored by each team
Toronto got most of their yards when Ottawa was well ahead and in a prevent defence. Take your blue coloured glasses off!
This game would have gone into overtime if Kelly didn't throw those two pick sixes.
😂 yeah, well. He did. He played a crappy game. QBs get too much credit when the team wins, they deserve extra scrutiny when they lose.
11:26 someone a little slow on the 3-second delay button. LOL
where was this team last week vs BC? they played so poor, they made him actually look good.
8:51 - Love, love, love me some CFL but this is some of the worst tackling I've ever seen.
Toronto went from 1st class to 2nd biggest embarrassment, ahead of only the Stamps…
Sure ok

How so?
would someone, anyone, fire Dave Dickenson for us Stamps fans please? he is by far the biggest reason we are worst in the league…

Anderson Barbara Thompson Carol White Maria
David Webb found the tell. You just have to wave and the ARGOS quarterback will throw you the ball.
A couple handy tips in the right spot from your wide receivers will help, too.
Help me
I hope Toronto wins next week.
Not gonna be easy BC won’t be easy.
Ottawa's
Argos 🇨🇦 🏈 2024 🏆
Bush leage.
Does anyone who cares who win ?
Uh...yeah. What would you say it is you do here?
Yes.
The fatbacks defence is better than their offense
