Awesome vlog as always Hecz! I have a condition in my legs called lymphedema, which cause my legs to swell because of fluid. So, I have to keep them wrapped or wear leggings all the time. Anyway, my legs itch a lot. So bad that it wakes me up in the middle of the night sometimes. I can't scratch them because they bleed super easy. So far one of the best ways I've found to get rid of the itch for a little while is to hop in the shower and let as hot of water as I can stand run over the areas itching. It intensifies the itch for a about a minute but if you can wait for that minute to pass it takes the itch out. Hope you have an awesome day buddy!
