I think your mesh save delete failed because you still have steam cloud on so turn that off delete you mesh save then load the game back up and then turn steam cloud back on

Loving this series just a tip: I suggest buying the nitrous, it will help you a lot in the rally
You need the racing carb for it, though.
It can help a lot but you need to change to very specific settings on the distributor and carbs or else you will grenade the whole engine

Personally I have a Thrustmaster T248 and its only like 299 and comes in ps and xbox and it has alot of in wheel settings you can play with
You don't have to use star pattern for unscrewing the wheels tho
