Staying in Roma Norte Mexico City, on our last day, I just decided to walk around the neighborhood and eat at some of the stalls that I had been seeing that looked the best.

It was an amazing day walking around and eating in Roma Norte, Mexico City. It’s hard to pick a favorite dish because the food was all so good, but definitely the blue corn tlayuda and the seafood tostadas were the best of the best.

@@soyunik7979 That’s definitely not true at all, I live in California and on top of living in Ca I live in the Central Valley which is soooo full of Mexicans and Hispanics and there’s soooo many people including 3rd and 4th generation Hispanics who don’t know more than 10 words in Spanish and when it comes to any other race, the majority don’t know any Spanish at all not even the very basics so just because you grow up around a lot of Hispanics doesn’t mean you will know much Spanish, because most of them speak English also and speak that when they are around their English speaking friends.

La peruana se ve muy buena también. Estaba viendo el ceviche precisamente de Mark y tenía muy buena pinta. Eres muy bienvenida a México con los brazos muy abiertos. Mi casa es tu casa.
Tenemos literal decenas de millares de platillos en Mexico, lamentablemente solo se populariza la comida callejera o antojitos mexicanos, mas sin embargo por cada estado de la Republica mexicana hay cientos de platillos que se preparan diferentes en cada ciudad, en cada pueblo, en cada casa y cada persona lo prepara diferente.

Update: The "Birria" man at 10:00 is still serving his delicious food in Roma Norte. I was just there today and I ordered the birria tacos with consome on the side and a coke. His food is excellent and he is very friendly 👌🏻. If you're ever in CDMX be sure to stop by and try the birria.

If you ever travel through Mexico again and you stop in Aguascalientes, YOU MUST TRY THE BIRRIA there. It is unique and insanely delicious. You won't be disappointed. They douse it in a spicy tomato sauce..
I like the Tatemada style Birria (@Birrierias Jaramillo), but not a lot of Hidrocálidos know about it, i wonder why.
I can honestly say that the Mexican foods you shared with us have made me crave them unlike any other food in all of your videos. I don't know why, but I think it was the combination of the ingredients, your reactions, the simplicity of the preparations, the tortillas, the spiciness, the locations of the food markets, the people, and of course your positive comments about them and their unique flavors. I've come to realize that everything tastes better wrapped in a tortilla...even if the dish is not of typical Mexican origin.

I eat more of my mexican dishes even more being married to a mexican husband passionate for food and life. Although born into the heritage, did not fully carry it on with the food, just kept the language but I hope all the food and making of it rubs off more on me and my children. It’s a happy place all around when you can eat so well. 💕

Jas Min there are alot if you like soup try sancocho and we also have a plate called los tres golpes or some people call it tripleta which is mashed plantains eggs salami and fried cheese its really good .. and the usual we eat rice chicken beans there are alot of great selections i would search google to see if there are any Dominican restaurants near you or if u prefer to cook go on youtube and search Dominican food recipes ..promise you wont be disappointed ✨
