Dispersed camping is definitely the way to go! But with me working in LA I was trying to find something as close as possible to the city. I'm still on the hunt! know of any great spots?

Car Camping is by far the best way to explore. Cannot tell you the last time I stayed in a hotel. Glad to found your channel, best of luck living out of your track!
