Turtle Barnacles Removed

Sea turtle & fresh water turtle always have many barnacles.when we see a turtle with barnacles we shuold removed it .because turtle are the narural animals .thanks for watching.

Barnacles can be beneficial to turtles. Yes, sometimes they can be harmful as well. Jesus, please don't get a knife out and start scraping them off when you find one!

This people shouldn’t been doing this!!!! You damage the turtle’s shell removing the barnacles with force!!! Cause they leave an open wound. If this wound is not treated with proper medication, it can get infected. This is more dangerous than the barnacles themselves.
In the United States, the removal of barnacles needs a proper permit. In the absence of a permit, barnacle removal is considered a violation of the Endangered Species Act and is a severe offense. It is considered harassment to the listed species.

This is all correct. Turtles that are overloaded with barnacles should be brought to a certified wildlife center for treatment by wildlife specialists. Removing barnacles is actually a surgical procedure that requires training and proper hygiene.
