I think the first Vekoma Hyper will be built in China. A lot of Chinese theme park developers have worked with Vekoma and many have had the budget to build Hypers by other manufacturers
We need one of these in America ASAP! Would love to see their take on the hyper, see how intense the airtime moments felt, and how smooth it was. Would love to compare to a B&M hyper experience.
Many unique transitions, good ejector air-time, and some classic floater air-time. Looks very promising! I can't see this, or something similar from Vekoma not getting built in the near future. That being said, there are several manufacturers emerging in the hyper game right now hitting heavy. Exciting times coming!

Because it’s my home park but also because there’s a lot of space to expand , the park could have a good relationship with Vekoma already due to circuit breaker , COTA has the funds for a large roller coaster & endless naming / theming possibilities with it being a F1 race track

Toverland is actually a very good choice. Toverland is located in northern Limburg and vekoma is somewhere else in Limburg so the transport for the track will be very cheap

Efteling is also expanding, few days ago management announced they can build rides up to 200 feet high on a new piece of land at the eastside of the park. However not before 2027. Might be a good location for a Vekoma Hyper?
I think the one park warranted for the Vekoma hypercoaster in the USA will be Kings Dominion as they have many nearby competitors with their B&M hypercoasters. The Cedar Fair Company probably wanted nothing to do with Intamin as they having issues with their Intimidator 305 and infamous Top Thrill Dragster issues.
I've not ridden Hyperion. So just speaking as a guy who has only seen POV's, I've always preferred the Vekoma version. If they can produce anything like it, it should be a world class ride if the real thing closely matches animations
I don't know how high the probability is, but I'd love to see one at Mirabilandia, Italy. We currently have no Hyper in Italy, and a Vekoma Hyper can be a cheaper and easier way to get one. It would become the best coaster in Italy, and Mirabilandia would get one of the best trio in Europe with Katun and ISpeed...
Okay I know it’s a long shot but kings dominion would be a hell of a candidate… it’s not really competing with Busch gardens since they have a B&M just imagine world class vekoma in the same park as i305 and twisted timbers! If they got a vekoma they would be up with the top tier parks for sure

Did you see the video that intamin released today. It is for a vertical LSM coaster. Do you believe intamin could upgrade dragster to be the first vertical LSM coaster from intamin.
I would love to see a Vekoma hyper go to Six Flags Great America. I know they have Raging Bull but since that’s a twister layout I think an airtime focused hyper coaster would be a great fit.
I’d like to see a Vekoma Hyper come to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. I imagine it could definitely use the Quarry Wall to its advantage, and maybe even become the tallest coaster in Texas at around 250 feet, stealing the title from Titan at Over Texas. Sure, it would be 5 feet short of Titan’s first drop, but I imagine it’ll probably match that ride’s max speed of 85 mph and maybe even be the longest coaster in America at 7,500 feet, taking the title from the Beast at Kings Island.
I'm honestly not the biggest fan of hyper models, I like my rides to have a bit more variety than just a bunch of hills back-to-back, but I do like what VEEkoma has been doing more recently, so one way or the other I hope we see more is more rides by them around here in the future

I think with the decline in popularity of B&M hypers and Intamin hypers, Vekoma have the best chance to take over the traditional hyper market. Obviously their competition in the hyper market are RMC and Mack, but those hypers are so versatile and untraditional that Vekoma could easily take the market for non inverting hypers
I know this is a bit of a stretch but Mt Olympus but then again it's only because they need a major steel coaster, and If I was to give it a name Alcyoneus after the giant in greek mythology
1:28. I think this is unlikely as currently toverland is using all their budget on buying land and some new flat rides. In the future I think toverland makes a chance but not by 2026 as they’re done buying land in 2025 and they would probably wait even more from there on.
toverland wont make a vekoma hyper or any coaster i the near future. now they are building the expansion in avalon and then they will be focusing on hotels/camp grounds. toverland has this thing where they build something big every 3-5 years so i think it can be another good 7 years before they build a coaster of this size. but they are growing fast so who knows!
