Oh my! This was the most informative and captivating tutorial I have ever seen! I didn't even know the machine existed until tonight and happened to stumble across this video. I'm so glad that I did! Even though I will probably never make this, I am amazed at the knitting skills and the teaching. Absolutely amazing!
Welcome to the crazy world of circular knitting machines for endless possibilities and fun I have a lot free patterns with those machines. th-cam.com/play/PLE3FIqBXjxr8KCgZZPAPRdCJuR_o7sHAK.html
I bought a perler pattern app called Perly pop and just built my own pattern (using a famous show thats on tv right now) for my son. I'll post it once I am done. I am going to be making hexapuffs for the next 50 years. :).
@@MaakhetmetMiranda thank you so much. it sure is fun. the cardiage turn out ok. i did theone shoulder good but then i stop to take my dog out mess the other shoulder up. but i got the hang of it. your work is amazing. thank you.
@@leticiagarcia2159 I am Dutch. I don’t know brick stitch. Do you know quilts? Those are hexagons. But watch the video. Everything is explained step by step. Enjoy.
I think the name brick stitch came because of how bricks are line up when making a house using bricks and that’s how I see the picture that you use for the blanket, I make jewelry too and use the brick stitch a lot, that’s how I got the idea for the blanket.
Hi, I can find a grafted pattern for a Grinch and a gnome pixel Afghan but not a graph pattern for the Hexapuff flower knitted Afghan. You suggest creating strips and then connecting the strips but if I can not find a graph of the flower afghan depicted in rows, how do I lay out the first bottom row and then next row act. If I could see the Hexapuff flower afghan as a graph (such as the gnome and Grinch afghan throws) It would make putting together the Hexapuff flower knitted Afghan. Much easier.
@MaakhetmetMiranda This is such a great tutorial. I would like to do a blanket same principle as this one but with my 46 Addi instead of the 22needle one. On the 22 needles, you count 15 half stich from the knot to start linking puffs and link them for 8 stiches. How many half stiches from the knot on a 46 needle would you count to start linking ?
Love this pattern! And love your videos too! I really love The photo you showed of the yellow, whit, red & green one that looks like daisies, have you made it? Id love to know how its made?
Its made exactly the same way as this owl pattern. I explain everything in the video about the patterns. A new addition is that you can also use waterbead patterns.
If your puffs don't have the tails for easy joining, after the first 2 puffs which I assume you just choose a place and stitch 8 bars, how do you attach the remaining puffs in the row together ?
Could you tell me the size of this blanket? Length and width in feet and inches. The English translation said “what myths and 10 centimeter swings and because of those 5 centimeter hi” I have played it over and over and sound quality was not clear enough for my 80 year old ears to figure out. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts
Your blanket will be as big as a football field then. With that size of big circles you cannot make a pattern. But you want to know how to knit and join circles on a big machine. I’m working on a video for another project as we speak. It will be online next weekend. It involves math that I will do for you to make it easy. Wait one week. The. You can make it without problems with your machine.
Hi, you are very talented, I absolutely love this tutorial. Could you tell me what you searched for when looking for a pattern, I tried the hexagon quilt patterns, but couldn’t find any with pictures, thank you.
ELAINE, ty. I found lots of Nice hexagon quilt patterns on Pinterest. And When I found one I liked I clicked on That picture and Then scrolled down for more simular pictures.

Awesome. Thank you!
You’re very welcome!
I have to make this! However, I would definitely have to buy an Addi as the 22 Sentro is not up to the task. Thank you for this video ❤!!
the 22 sentro cant do this? 😮 i have one and was hoping it could 😢
I think when you sew the tubes together, just do the colors when they met half way horizontal.
They are no squares. They are hexagons. That gives a different result than squares. 😉
Oh Miranda nou wil ik ook een Addi. Zo onwijs leuk.
You gave an idea of making this by knitting long tubes ant then connect then.
But you cannot make this with long tubes?
Kinda like a brick stitch.

Question Miranda if i am doing 12 cranks does it matter how far around i go to start or still 15? Is that based on 22 stitches?
One crank is not one round. One round is when the odd needle passes. You need 17 rounds beside casting on and off.
Can a i ask what you’re searching to find these patterns? I can’t find any
Try google hexagon pattern pictures. And you design yourself with a hexagon stencil you can print.
what is the diamter of the puff? im having a hardtime finding the templetes.
Goggle hexagon template.
