Mozart wrote the Soprano part in this mass for his new wife Constanze Weber, and she sang it at the 1783 premier of the piece in Salzburg. Yes, Mozart was married to a singer. That likely helped him write his later operas.

I think this mass was originally conceived as a wedding mass, written for his wife and possibly her sister to sing. The sister was the original love. That would account for the character of the laudamus te, for instance. That is one show piece, and that mezzo does it great justice. But the et incarnatus est is a true masterpiece and pretty well sung.
This is so deep -is it human ? In 2019 one could doubt if this was made of a terrestrial being. Where does this music comes from -if not somewhere which is not very present in this materialistic world. But it is there -it is a fact -And we CAN here it! Conclusion : We have such a lang way yet to go......
We can, if we admire and worship before this music, Mozart points out to us our possible reserves and the huge potential that many spiritual people have.
Mozart liked vocal voices for him it was the best unstrument probably his wife constanza sang the soprano voice An example of his love for wind instruments played by his friends flute. oboe and basoon is expressed in the aria benedictus

La messe en ut mineur K.427, dite grande messe, est une œuvre inachevée de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart composée entre 1782 et 1783, Elle est considérée comme supérieure à toutes les autres messes composées par Mozart, hormis son Requiem.
I don't like to cut a masterpiece but for the "Et incarnatus est" this is: 36:19
I think this mass was originally conceived as a wedding mass, written for his wife and possibly her sister to sing. The sister was the original love. That would account for the character of the laudamus te, for instance. That is one show piece, and that mezzo does it great justice. But the et incarnatus est is a true masterpiece and pretty well sung.
il suo commento è una rapsodia di idee
This is so deep -is it human ? In 2019 one could doubt if this was made of a terrestrial being. Where does this music comes from -if not somewhere which is not very present in this materialistic world. But it is there -it is a fact -And we CAN here it! Conclusion : We have such a lang way yet to go......
