I recently watched your video “[Breaking News] New Law Just Made Wholesaling Illegal in Virginia!” and was wondering if you could clarify 2 questions for me. 1, If i don't have a real estate license, Am I legally able to wholesale properties in other states if I live in Virginia and simply do it virtually? Secondly, once I become licensed as a Real Estate salesperson in Virginia am I able to wholesale in Virginia or do I have to wait until I become licensed as a Real Estate Broker?

Can you explain how you "offered $250k" but youre taking it over sub-to for $211,487 with $20k at closing to the seller. If you're not making a second position note and seller financing the difference, what does that mean to offer 250k.

How do we know these calls are real? I think in the real world, you wouldn't get into details on the phone. You would set up a meeting.
