It's not really that old. It opened in 2019 :P

It certainly has a modern design to it! But the amount of wear-and-tear that was noticeable, especially with the 2019 opening in mind, is quite surprising :)

I’m in the big suite you reviewed at this moment. Doesn’t feel old whatsoever in 2024. Location is questionable, sharing your concerns with the adjacent buildings’ proximity and height. Food and lounge are on par with the brand. You said it more than once - the value of this property is very high for the price it commands, which is crazy reasonable by Hilton standards. The front entrance has a great loading area that is plenty spacious even when occupied by Tour busses.
You alluded to it with the lighting, but could have gone much deeper on the technology in the rooms. No streaming services whatsoever. Boomers can ignore this, but please Hilton get this asset up to speed! 30 cable channels is pathetic. Also the WiFi is NOT supportive of the brand standard in real life usage. Whatever your “metrics” say, come stay here and see it for yourselves.

Great write-up and thank you for the update! I find the point about streaming services interesting - maybe something I will need to incorporate into future reviews as this is getting more and more relevant, at least to us younger folks
