Hi mate, enjoying your videos. A tip to know how much to fill your fermenter to 23l. Fill accurately to 23l with water, measure distance from top of fermenter to water level, make a mark on your handle of the mixing spoon.....you now have a constant measure to 23l😁😁😁
Hej Pierre, it is always fun to watch you brew! I also upgraded one of my kegs to a floating dip tube: what a game-changer it is! FInally, clear beer! Cheers my friend!
I have had it usable for 6 months. Just need to test it every now and then to make sure the ph is still between 6.5 to 7.5 as this a safe acid level for affective sanitizing.
@kevintennant4461 I didn't do one for this as it turned out terrible, these are all older videos I did a long time ago, now days I include them. All you need to do is type in the name of the beer and tasting. Hope this helps.
Honestly, a company that outsells some of the biggest breweries in Australia can't be all that bad. I personally would rather not drink this commercially produced beer but, a lot of people love this beer. It comes down to the individual and I try to cater for the majority.
Yeah, for some reason I had 4.3L instead of 5.3L in my head while I calculated it. I will also have around 300ml extra from the dextrose. oh well should be ok I guess!!!!

That's a great idea! Simple and effective!
Doing some work at the house and playing catchup on your videos. plus making sure all ads run 100%.
That's a good drop Pierre
Thanks P! Great video as usual. Can't beat a malt kit . Looking forward to the results
Yeah, me too!!!😀

BTW your vids are always interesting. Thanks.
Thanks mate, unfortunately they didn't list the ingredients. I don't think it made much of a difference to be honest.
Pierre, enjoy ya videos still, I have something coming your way.
Many thanks Mick, Cheers
Hey mate love your videos just wondering how long the sanitiser lasts when made like that
I have had it usable for 6 months. Just need to test it every now and then to make sure the ph is still between 6.5 to 7.5 as this a safe acid level for affective sanitizing.
Mine unfortunately went bad... damn fridge that I was using to temp control shat itself.
That's a pity mate, hope mine is good. I had a few issues with temperature as well.
Where are the taste test videos?

Why would you clone Great Northern ?
Great Northern is a very average beer with a horrible mouth feel.
Honestly, a company that outsells some of the biggest breweries in Australia can't be all that bad. I personally would rather not drink this commercially produced beer but, a lot of people love this beer. It comes down to the individual and I try to cater for the majority.
Agree waznik1. It is only outsells because it's marketing appeals to multitudes of bogans who do not know any better.
Just 1l to much but Hay who cares just a good laugh
