lyrics: One day, I saw this handsome man pass in front of me That day, I saw a fine young man pass in front of me I followed the man until his destination Once we got there, I told him I loved him I like you a lot But his heart already belongs to a young girl
Verse 1 I love you, my love But you don’t see it You’re busy with other things While I’m here waiting Chorus Give it, give it, give it Give me your love Give it, give it, give it Give me your heart Verse 2 I am here to fight To make my dreams come true I won’t let anyone stop me I will keep going until the end Chorus Give it, give it, give it Give me your love Give it, give it, give it Give me your heart Bridge Don’t be afraid to speak up Don’t let anyone silence you You have a voice that matters Use it to make a change Chorus Give it, give it, give it Give me your love Give it, give it, give it Give me your heart Verse 3 We are all equal in this world No one is better than the other Let’s come together as one And build a brighter future Chorus Give it, give it, give it Give me your love Give it, give it, give it Give me your heart Outro Don’t hold back your love Don’t hold back your heart Give it all, my love And we will conquer the world
One of my fave dance singles feat Yourself, with Disclosure ..... 'Ultimatum'. Utterly incredible vibes!!🎵🎙🎹💗. Great to see n hear you on NPR Night Owl Show😊
I tried to have this playing in the background while I did some browsing, but I was transfixed by her sounds I had to watch the video. Watching it a second time while I write this comment.
Why does NPR insist on such harsh lighting for Night Owl sessions? It does no service to the musicians or the viewer. Despite the lighting, Diawara is a gem.
I'm a theatrical lighting designer, and I find nothing harsh about this lighting. It's purpose is to establish a mood, which it does very well. I've worked with artists from around the world, and they are not shy about requesting a change if they feel the lighting is not satisfactory. They are not rude, but they are not shy!!
More people must appreciate true Africa Music. It is the root of all music.
I saw Fatoumata at the Savannah Music Festival a month ago. She is amazing. Thanks for posting.
I miss Savannah.
Her music always healed me. I'm here to be healed.

05/19/2020 only a few white people heard and saw F. Diawara. It doesn't smash. Why?

W RD that’s the point of these vids I think lol
