I stayed here for 10 days and it was awesome. I plan to return again in the near future. Love the food and the amenities. Service was excellent. Had a chance to meet Rommel the GM and he was very friendly. By the way, Modela is 99% ADA compliant.

The beach is almost the same. Modala is on the other side of Panglao island.
Dumaluan and South Palms are near the same place.

What editing software do you have. I just bought filmora and am learning how to use it.
I’m using Adobe Premiere Pro but may switch to DaVinci soon. I’ve heard good things.. and it’s free.
@@BoholisAwesome I think I tried divinci last year for maybe a day lol. I've not messed with computers in many years until this last year I bought a gaming pc. Sadly cell phones have taken away my ability to easily figure out how to do stuff on computers.. I like the filmora it seems easy enough to use. One year was only $40 I think. I'll give davinci another shot soon though

Thank you 🙏 no permits needed but just be mindful around the airport or any flight paths. Then the usual safety tips.. stay below 120m, don’t fly over crowds, etc. Have fun!

Hi 👋 No they don’t have private pool villas. There’s the main pool, a couple hot tubs and a kids pools.

Hello. Glad you liked the video. From the pool is a sunrise view but some rooms at the back would have the sunset view. There is a terrace where you could get both sides.

I really like what you do with your videos. My wife owns some property on Panglao too. Also, I would recommend removing the background music when you are talking. The background music is annoying and it takes away from your video's content.
Thanks for the comment and feedback. I’ll try to get the audio levels fixed for the future. I like to have a little music the background but will make it less distracting.
