I didn't know she was this charming. Great energy! Her music is actually a lot better than the hits I know by her. And the band sounds great live. I always find it interesting when they play this kind of music with actual instruments and they are great at it
Her album Emotion, from 2015 is a 10/10 pop masterpiece imo. She really came back strong after Call Me Maybe.

Carly's going to leave Taylor I the dust. Her songs have atmosphere all their own and Carlys sound reaches a broader audience. I'd love to see her I concert. Im.just getting in to her this year. 2024.

@@angiemurillo381 ella tiene una capacidad vocal de hecho demasiado impresionante. Se puede apreciar en canciones como Roses donde al final sus notas son inmaculadas.

I saw her live in 2016. She was awesome. I loved it. She is awesome live. I’d love to see her live again and meet her someday. When she performed Call Me Maybe, literally everyone was singing along with her. One of my favourite songs.

I was at the July 12, 2019 show (four years ago today as of this writing) during the Dedicated tour at Bogart's in Cincinnati, and I LOVED IT.
I had only heard Call Me Maybe at this point, but oh my God I WAS NOT PREPARED.
I was left speechless, and looking back I still feel like shit for not appreciating it enough. Her voice is angelic, and she is just so energetic and happy that it radiates to me!!! 🥰
The only way I can explain it is like an auditory version of your favorite food. It's excellent.

Because that song is trash and she has mentioned in I think the Vulture interview that in that era she was writing songs she did not like and could not tell if they were good either. I'm imagining This Kiss is lumped in with a lot of other songs from that shitty album.
Carly doesn't even like Kiss, the album, she was forced to take a direction she didn't feel connected with. She started making her own music with Emotion, Kiss was an industry shitty production
