I bought an Akataka Casting Rod from Amazon and DAMN it’s a nice sensitive extremely lightweight Rod and it was 34 bucks. I think they are made in Japan.
Try those frogs, Ned rigs, spinner/buzzbaits, galaxy at200 reel, some craws, swim baits, those spook type deals, maybe a few kits. I love how they’re so horrible but everyone has a blast using them lol
AHHHH I told you lol the Temu Ploppers work and 2 freaking bucks each…!!! I absolutely have thrown Reels and Rods into a Lake before so no judgment here.
They aren’t $20, but they aren’t cheap, and yeah they are more durable. The will not bend after dozens of fish. Im still using the same ones I bought YEARS ago.
Slam dunk of a video… great back and forth banter… good action…and great info/reviews…you guys should sprinkle a little more of these videos into your weekly drops. This is the stuff people really like to watch…i bet your views go up…..
To be honest, it sounds like you already made your mind that the Temu bait was trash before you even tried it. They caught fish and they probably cost 1 or 2 dollars, what kind of quality did you really expect.
If it is being sold I expect it to work. I made up my mind when I found direct chinese knock off baits on the site. Oh and the fact that they scam people all the time.
@@aaanglers I hear you but everyone in the fishing industry copy each other. Do you think googan baits are original, they copied off everyone else with small changes. What about chatterbait and whopper plopper, everyone has their own version now.
Fish doesn’t know or see the difference in price or details on the lures. It’s all how the fisherman works it! Like a plain spoon bait. The biggest 6lb bass I caught this year was on a cheap $2.99 bass pro popper lure. Also, the expensive bait are legible to get hook and lost as well. Good video!!!
Nothing wrong with saving money as long as the lure holds up. It's when the cheap components of these TEMU lures rust up or break, that the difference becomes obvious.
it’s not the lure , it’s the fisherman…try fishing from shore and you will find out all lures are harder to catch from shores whether expensive or cheap lures, and on kayak is a lot easier fishing to fish.
Great video! I always enjoy watching you guys. I liked some of the lures for sure. Some not so much, but that's usually the case with most things. Keep up the good work my friends. Looking forward to more great stuff. As always, #AggressivelyAverageAnglers rocks!!!
When you can cast just by flicking the tip, without swinging the whole rod, then you are ready for the over head cast which you can only do if you know how to flick the tip.
The overhead cast has a jerking action letting out the line,it pulls the reel hard making it go faster than the line going out.but a side ways cast is fluant and it pulls the line as it goes. When you good at it,you will automatically start flicking the bait no more throwing.
you dont know how to use it,to stop the birds nest you keep your finger lightly on the reel spool, when you cast better side ways,,But before the bait hits the water you stop the reel with your finger, you never get a birds nest, and over head casting you must only do it when you become good with they side ways cast, then you attempt over head cast 7 out of 10 times the overhead cast will fall short, and the reel will keep spinning if you dont stop it.2 thing you should not do is reel the fish in,you pull back and reel forward. It's a sensitive reel.
There are some things ill never buy off temu and there are some things ill never buy anywhere else 😁 don't like their hooks but I love their soft plastics!
Bro I have those Temu yezzy and they are the best. They are like crocs , I’m sure I would sweat in them but the trick is to wear socks lol, no body rocks their yezzys with no socks, those are just as hot
I had bought one of those cheap baitcasters on amazon for like $25 for my first baicaster that ive now seen on Temu a lot. And i enjoyed it for a bit and since i liked the style i went and bought a Lews American Hero which is by no means an expensive combo and it's wayyyyy better. Quality isnt even close to the same. I've also since had a BassPro combo that is about $170 new and it's beengreat. Those reels and baits to me are nothing butentry level and beginner styff but i'd still recommend a low level reel from better known brands.
these american fishermen are always making jokes about japanese' and chinese fishing products well for me yes live here in america not by choice but those product that i purchase from temu are on the same level or some time better than their american counterparts i use them and do very well with them you people are just being fooled and wasting your money and for what because they are made in the united snakes good luck
@aaanglers don't worry bro. I just wonder why they hate on the cheap knock off lures lol. You should get some of them though. Your cheap lure challenges are enjoyable. Bassdash are a good price and actually work well. I have a bunch of em. I ordered all the wake walker versions they have after getting the first one. They rule and don't cost 175 dollars.
Bait + rod & reel will catch fish whether you buy it from a communist or capitalist, I think we forget, the bass is neither the pickiest nor the most intelligent animal in the world🙄 even though the sht is cheap, it’ll do the job. Better using that for a day on the water than snapping the tip off a $300 rod (still made in China) trying to power hook everything from dink bass to tadpoles. Or losing a $30 swim bait on a snag. That’s just been my observations on every US lake I’ve fished across the country. This is perfect gear for a kid or young teen, to make forgiving mistakes & learn to fish like a champ on cheap gear, and prepare them for the big league, can’t completely knock the gear, I always knock the owners.
Don't care how it should be pronounced because my mind will always rhyme it with LiMu Emu! Limu Temu... Only pay for child labor! Limu Temu... When you can't afford the very best!
What do you think of these lures/items? What should we try next?
The “So-You-Gayaling” casting Rods from Temu that are around 15 bucks lol.

Temu allowed my family to afford new hobbies. Were getting into fishing next year due to the site being affordable. Were grateful for it
AHHHH I told you lol the Temu Ploppers work and 2 freaking bucks each…!!! I absolutely have thrown Reels and Rods into a Lake before so no judgment here.
That Temu bait cast reel barely had any line on the spool. Did he purposely spooled it that way or he lost 3/4 of the line due to bird nesting...? lol
Birds nest, it had plenty of line
I dont care where its made, but im supporting the people who innovated.

Hahaha
So if you get a $20 river 2 sea whooper plopper. Is it more durable? Do river 2 se bend? After couple catches.
They aren’t $20, but they aren’t cheap, and yeah they are more durable. The will not bend after dozens of fish. Im still using the same ones I bought YEARS ago.

For real, they could have caught PB after PB until their thumbs were falling off and they still would have been haters

I agree 100% all I heard was complaining yet catching fishes lol some ppl like myself can not always afford expensive lures and so temu it is 🥹😭
Tema bait, reels and rods are the shiznet. Great prices and they do the job. Whiners can never be pleased with anything

Nah, love bank fishing. Smash em there too.
I love when people complain about child labor and being manufactured in China on an IPhone. 😂
HA, I thought I was the only holdout still rock'n a sit inside. LUUUKE, give in to the dark side of simplicity...

Still a better lure and company than goon squad 😂
some are just not good with braided line.
When you can cast just by flicking the tip, without swinging the whole rod, then you are ready for the over head cast which you can only do if you know how to flick the tip.
I would fish with temu grea over googan squad
Same. You shouldn't have to spend a crazy amount for something you could easily snag and lose
poor paul in the walmart yak 😂
Hey! That’s kmart to you!
It caught the fish
I bought a spring liner and removed one spring which made it much better
For? The reels?
What kayaks do y’all have

Most of these baits remind me of something that "company that cannot be named" with the Trojan bait eyes would make. Works but poor quality
True!

If you ware a size 13 shoe I'll take the uncomfortable ez shoes off your hands
The chrome reel is trash I had it too nd I sold it asap
I came to see if they work... That's all that counts.
