If anyone should be traded it should be Ole Miss, how have they collected so much money these past years through the SEC and still have a high school football stadium?
These videos on this subject are ridiculous. I have never met an Aggie and I have never heard of an Aggie wanting to go to the big ten. When you say that we are not happy and that we want to get away from Texas and that were rattling our sabes, who? It was a rumor that someone tweeted and it has no basis. Every Aggie I know loves the SEC and the competition and welcome the Rivalry with Texas again. This is just like all those videos claiming that A&M pays for their football players when we continually hear from the actual players that that is not the case, even after they transferred in some instances. Do some research and get a real subject and do some actual college football related stuff that has Merit and bases.
Thats funny...as a Texas fan the A&M administrators threw a hissy fit to not let Texas in the SEC. The fans may not care but someone at A&M definitely cares.

If Texas was afraid to play A&M, why is A&M still the only team in the SEC that doesnt want Texas there now? Not LSU, Alabama, or Georgia. Just A&M. Just goes to show you even in the NIL era, Texas still owns A&M.

Texas Tech is a sleeping giant. They have struggled in football since leach left but still have top tier fan support. They are trending in the right direction and can pull of 10+ win seasons then lookout that fan base will be hype. They also have national champion track program, elite basketball and baseball programs. All this without the state tax funds that benefit UT and TAMU

My guess is that mentioning Tech as a TAMU replacement is to put a burr under TAMU's saddle as there can't be a school in this situation that wouldn't drive the Aggies crazy like Tech. Tech fan 10:38 here and don't care for weirdos at a n m or the snots from Austin. Both have larger student bodies and than we do so we have to overachieve to compete. Ags and Whorns usually underachieve in everything given their assets, plus we have several supportive billionaires so we do ok and are building for the better. Just keep both of them, we don't care whether we play them or not.

Texas Tech is a top 20 CFB revenue program, has over 40k students, has billionaire oil money donors. It brings in the most revenue of all Big 12 teams now at $148 mill. Kansas is next at like $135 mill. Tech is by far the 3rd largest brand in Texas. 4th is like Baylor which is tiny compared to Texas Tech.

TCU is the better program, by far. Gets a team in the metroplex, not Lubbock. Have better TV numbers and is better academic school. They are private and small but have as much money as anyone and invests heavily into their programs.

TCU is a top 10 winning program this century, Tech is probably not a top 50 winning program in that time frame. Tech is a bigger public school that has more people that go to their bigger stadium. Tech has really good fans, I will give them that. The last time they were relevant is when Crabtree was there15-20 years ago and even then they didn't make a NY6 bowl game and finished 3rd or 4th in the B12.

SEC looking for flagship universities in contiguous states that are well attended AAU accredited members. If aTm bolts for the Big 10 and the SEC goes to 20 by admitting Virginia, North Carolina, FSU and Clemson, Texas A&M's replacement will be Kansas.
