Tips from ur senior : don't use white noise if u r new to it and have something imp coming up , like exams in a few days ! Only use it when u have no schedules for the next 2 weeks bcas if u r not compatable with it , I might take a while for u to adapt or ull be distracted by itself

Mam i really need solution and i know that it is a common problem can you make a video on this Mam what are the things we can do while a long study break like 30 min or 1 hour apart from mobile like something interesting and good for our mind too

Try winter tablecloth material and chair solutions. Cover them in warm fabrics and no matter what you wear the most important thing is to insulate your room and furniture.
