One thing I haven't seen addressed after buying a home in Bella Vista. The Benton County property tax assessor has lost their mind. Assessing properties at almost twice the purchase. We experienced this first hand.
Interesting. If you’d like to send me your address privately, I’d be happy to look into it for you. Benton county assesses properties every 3 to 5 years on average as property values increase so does the assessment value in which we pay taxes on. Thanks for watching.
@LivinginBentonville thanks for the offer but we have filed our appeals through the system, all denied. I have recently filed the final appeal with Benton County Court. We hope a decision will be posted around Christmas. Long process. I'm sure more appeals will be filed as sales are closed.
