Te Urewera Ep2 Peho Tamiana

A few years back me and my older brother Te Ori and our cousin Hohepa Tuahine ventured from Ruatāhuna through to Ruatoki with our Uncle Peho. Needless to say he is a bushman that has spent his entire life living and breathing Te Urewera. Whilst in the bush I documented what I could from him so that the knowledge he had would not be completely lost. Whilst these videos contain only a drop of what he knows I am happy to have captured what little I did. These videos are a great resource for our people and for our whanau. Mātakina... whakarongo... ako! Bleh!!
