That Seager 2 run homer in the bottom of the 9th to tie it up was just absolutely epic! Maybe bigger than the walk off by Adolis since it felt like it might be over
You can say what you want about the new playoff format and TV ratings, but this was an exciting postseason. Go Rangers!!!

They had it coming. Texas Rangers deserved to win the World 🌎 Series.
No it wasn’t. One round was good. The championship series. The rest of the serieses were all sweeps or went one extra game.

@@alwillkI'm a life long Rangers fan and while there were some great defensive plays and clutch hits, the 2011 World Series, as devastating as it was to lose, was a more entertaining series for baseball fans in general.
That being said, I DGAF how entertaining it was or wasn't. The Rangers won it all... finally.

@@Barry-v3ras years go by, it will climb many top plays lists. It does feel classic and a unicorn of a play. Reminded me of the Jeter flip to Posada to get Jeremy Giambi at home to save their postseason down 0-2 in a best of five.

Jordan Montgomery diving catch not being on here is criminal
I know the Garcia HR is a walk-off, but I say the Seager shot was even bigger. The stakes were higher. If Garcia misses, the game is still tied, but if Seager misses, Rangers lose. Plus it was off their closer, who had been dominant up to that point.

Am I having a stroke or do all of these plays feel like only rangers and d backs plays? i understand they played the most so they should have the most, but 10 plays in it feels like recency bias took over the editors of this completely.
I think they just simply were the better defensive teams. Rangers were statistically one of the best all year and it showed in the postseason

Harris’s catch into double should have been 20th. So many plays on here were way better. And Rojas’s catch shouldn’t even be on here.

This was such a poorly made video. Highlights were more meaningful to the specific game, rather than being an exceptional play. Half the video is also the rangers.

5 outfielder assist at the plate
4 diving catch in the outfield
3 3b diving towards the line and throwing to 1st from his knees
2 homerun robbery
1 walkoff

Where was the other plays made by Carter vs Rays and D-Backs. Also Adolis’ catch in the 9th of game 1. And finally Monty’s diving catch off of that pop up bunt vs the Rays
Pretty amazing how the same play from Josh Jung can be the 17th best defensive play and the 16th best play overall
I miss the pick off of one certain Toronto player at 2nd base.
Aside from the LCS this was a pretty boring playoffs.
Even though Semian was cold at the plate, defensively he was a stud!
