دحمان الحراشي (الاسم الحقيقي هو عبد الرحمن عمراني) (ولد في 7 جويلية .1926 في الأبيار، الجزائر العاصمةذو اصول شاوية. فهو ينحدر من قرية جلال جنوب ولاية خنشلة. استقر أبوه في الجزائر العاصمة سنة 1920، توفي في 31 أوت 1980 في الجزائر العاصمة، بعين البنيان الجزائر اثر حادث مروري ) كان مغنيا للشّعبي الجزائري
الجانب الشخصي:
لقد كان أبوه مؤذنا بالمسجد الكبير في الجزائر العاصمة. لقد اعطى للاغنية الشعبية الجزائرية رونقا خاصا حيث غلب على كافة اغانية طابع المعنى وتميزت اغانيه بأسلوب جميل يعالج قضايا المجتمع. من أهم أغانيه الجمهرة، ورائعة ذائعة الصيت " يارايح ".التي انقد فيها موضوع هجرة أبناء الجزائر إلى فرنسا. والأغنية لا تزال تغنى من جيل إلى جيل حيث اعاداها الفنان الجزائري الشاب رشيد طه وقد لاقت ولا تزال تلاقي انتشار لافت في أواسط الشباب من أبناء الجاليات العربية المهاجرة في أوروبا. والأغنية موجهة إلى صديق دحمان الحراشي الذي كان مصرا على الهجرة ضنا منه انه سيجد أحوال معيشية أفضل، فكانت هذه كلمات الأغنية :
يا الرايح وين مسافر تروح تعيا وتولي :: شحال ندموا العباد الغافلين قبلك وقبلي
شحال شفت البلدان العامرين والبر الخالي :: شحال ضيعت وقات وشحال تصيد ما زال تخلي.
يا الغايب في بلاد الناس شحال تعيا ما تجري :: بيك وعد القدرة ولا الزمان وانت ما تدري

Dahman El-Harrachi (real name is Abderrahmane Amrani) (born on July 7, 1926 in Al-Abyar, Algiers. He has Shawian origins. He comes from the village of Jalal, south of Khenchela state. His father settled in Algiers in 1920. He died on August 31, 1980 in Algiers. He was a popular Algerian singer
Personal aspect:
His father was a muezzin at the Grand Mosque in Algiers. He gave the Algerian popular song a special elegance, as all his songs were filled with meaning, and his songs were distinguished by a beautiful style that addressed societal issues. One of his most important songs is Al-Jamhara, and the famous masterpiece “Yarayeh”, in which he criticized the issue of the migration of Algerians to France. The song is still sung from generation to generation, as it was repeated by the young Algerian artist Rachid Taha. It has found, and continues to find, remarkable spread among young people from the Arab immigrant communities in Europe. The song is directed to a friend of Dahman El-Harrachi, who was determined to emigrate because he believed that he would find better living conditions. These were the lyrics of the song:
