This house reminds me of some of the house tours i watch of Enes in L.A. This house is that competent hands down.
I wish Kenyan developers would consider more staging of these houses. It gives the viewers and potential buyers a better feel of the house and what the house is capable of doing. I like the way most houses in US are staged, E.g here we would be able to see how the different living rooms would look and function. Imagine if they would have put up the living room ,the dinning rooms, few niq naqs in the kitchen. It would make all the difference

Go to Enes Yilmazer's TH-cam channel and see what 6million USD should buy you because this is not it!

This one has something over that one by Fine urban, workmanship. This has significantly better workmanship, by miles, the Fine urban house has jua kali workmanship. Just start from the gate that looks like a mishmash of scissor snips, tack welds and tons of filler, just bogus..
