    You missed out if interakt has tie up with RazorPay checkout? Just interacting has lesser meaning than making the interacting getting converted to sales checkout.

    I can't find anywhere else to review this, but the amount of trouble I've had with interakt is insane. The popups of the help chat don't work, and it won't let you raise a ticket without a screenshot. They are asking for some sandbox code on whatsapp when you ask for help, where do I even find that? I have had issues with users tags getting switched, they automatically tag users all the time and it makes organisation really difficult. Overall, I would not recommend this at all.
