- Hello everyone! I'm a little late on this one but not too long ago we hit the 1000 subscriber mark and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for making that happen. For a while I was struggling to come up with a good idea for the sub special and then I realized...you know what? People love glitches. People love out of bounds exploration. So here it is...a relatively master compilation of every OOB Glitch I personally know how to do. There's many more I've learned, but I only included ones that were interesting to watch / do.
Again, thank you EVERYONE for making the channel what it is. I may be the one making the content, but without viewers and the support I've received, I wouldn't have continued. Major thanks to DGR and FearsomeFire for doing some of my challenges and exposing my channel to the world, and if you know for a fact that you found one of the glitches I showcased and don't see your channel linked below, please let me know. I'm sure the speedrunning / glitch-finding community would know best and I don't want to shorthand anyone the credit they deserve.

Haha! I'm not a glitch hunter by trade, so I figured if I just used the word 'clip' a lot, the average Odyssey fan would know what I was talking about :P
I appreciate the congratulations my friend. I actually wanted to include that Sand SC but I tried for an hour and couldn't get it. Same with the Cheep Cheep release clip in Snow Kingdom that Syrkl did. I managed to get it ONCE, but like him I wasn't prepared and just immediately re-captured the Cheep Cheep back in bounds lol.

Nice glitch compilation! Didn't know about stuff like the Wiggler Clip in Lost Kingdom or the ones in Bowser's Kingdom before seeing it, that's for sure.
You did miss a few in the Lake and Seaside Kingdom (since release capture clipping is really easy in a lot of places there) and the Dark Side (the one with the pole you can climb through the floor with), but it's a great list none the less.
Oh, you're not wrong. Seaside especially is RIDDLED with locations for Cheep Cheep release clipping as well as surface clips, but the video was already getting on the long side so I chose to only showcase the ones I found most interesting / allowed me to get the best OOB vantage point. I don't think I'm aware of the Dark Side clip otherwise I'd have learned / included that one as well!
Here's the Dark Side glitch: th-cam.com/video/3GCFWcnynQE/w-d-xo.html. It's basically an endless pole that you can climb through the floor with.
Whaaaat. It's so simple too. Played around with it last night hoping the scarecrow rooms would have loading zones but nope....just a gay baby jail lol.
Yeah, it's the simplest out of bounds glitch in the game to be honest.
As for the scarecrow doors? Yeah sorry, Nintendo were smart enough to realise people might do this sort of thing. Shame too, especially given how much more bearable much of the Dark Side would be with Cappy.

How many of these glitches have been patched?
All of the glitches I did for this video were in the 1.2 version of the game soooo none of them haha. ^^
By the way, you might think the zipper out of bounds is patched well that's half true, but Nintendo over saw another way to do the glitch by triple jumping, cappy jump diveing, wall jump once off zipper wall, then upward cap throw cappy to the zipper, I did just did this a few minutes ago and it worked. Who knew Mario's jumps could broken hightwise
8:04 You don’t need yo roll cancel clip as I learned this one by doing ground pound roll, no roll cancel but it still works with a roll cancel but is the same except the fact that it is harder.

how’d you do the Glydon clip in the shop? it’s hard for me
Basically wedge Glydon in between the hat sign and the shop wall. Line yourself up so you're parallel to wall and so the center of Glydon's stomach is lined up with the sign. Jump, and glide into the sign. Eventually if you keep doing it, Glydon will be pushed backward through the wall. Same goes for the poles!

Unfortunately, yes. I did some Twitter research and it was found a while ago but wasn't really seen by many folks. However, finding anything on your own without knowledge of it existing is still pretty darn cool!
