Why build a small house on an already small lot. If I am the builder I will build the biggest house I can fit on this lot that will give the owner a lot more living space. I prefer a car port with cover to protect my vehicle. No appliances included in the price of the house. No laundry facilities inside the house. Lighting sockets are old fashioned design.

Actually, maraming factors for the basis of price. If you are just looking at price of the house, this can be 5M in a different location but it does not mean your location would be prime or ideal. Prices differ not only because of materials but location and what it is village situated.
I understand that to some location is not major a factor but there is also a group of people, who prefers to live in a good location, a quiet and gated community, somewhere near everything they need dahil doon they are willing to pay the price. Price is very subjective. I have gotten this type of comment several times and I understand but people have to understand that price is also dependent on other factors.
