Beautiful home, but some things need to be mentioned. The lanai is much better in the back of the house. Not on the side. It's a setback. Back splash is missing, and there's no base cabinet for the trash receptacle in the kitchen. Water pressure, I hope it's strong.

Because Ayala developments are generally superior in quality and maintenance. Their lots are bigger, too. Many other reasons. But this house is very nice, well designed.
27 million wala pa solar at hindi pa fully function ang show kitchen,tz ang dirty kitchen ay kamahal,sori pero fan ako ng open house tour.ang mahal tlaga dyan sa laguna grabe.
Medyo mahal nga po ito, unfurnished pa though okay naman yung itsura.. siguro sa location na po to binase, kase malapit sa nuvali gawa ng improvements and yung schools( univs and colleges). kahit sa silang sta rosa nasa mga 5k to 6k na yung titled lots lang na hindi pa sa loob ng village.... ambilis nagmahal ng lupa..

Also Im pertaining dun sa proximity ng 2 areas when i said silang sta rosa and not silang in sta rosa or vice versa, kasama na yung silang-sta rosa rd, not implying n same province or loc. ang sta rosa and silang per se kase they are not, just didnt use a dash(-) before since informal comm. nmn to di ko nman akalain n theres gonna be someone na magcocopyread di2, to think this is only for yt🤣🤣🤣. Hindi naman manuscript or business letter...🤣🤣🤣😅 Anyways, what Im saying is kung dun nga malaki n ung diff. ng land per sqm from 3 years ago before pa mastart yung calax, lalo na ngaun kahit pa 1st class Town ang category ng Silang. Anlaki na ng appreciation ng value kahit tax declared pa. How much more yung presyo dyan sa nuvali.
