Thank you, Dianne. Having both artistic and intellectual passions, I can relate to this episode! There absolutely can be a driven-ness in the flow that can make it challenging to put a bookmark in it. I have a handful of friends who are the same way. While I sometimes believe we can/do go along with when/where/how the spirit moves us as part of our process, it is VERY important to our well-being to be observant so that we can "reel it in" when we really need to and bring ourselves to balance. I might add that sometimes stepping away from research or thought or creative work can be so beneficial. Taking that pause can sometimes allow us to digest and integrate whatever it is we are working on. We can also receive the most fantastic insights, solutions, and understanding when we step back a bit, whether that looks like sleeping, relaxing, or taking care of everyday tasks. It can take practice, though it's definitely doable and something we can learn to do for ourselves.

    Hello Dianne.
Have you considered speaking about Giftedness and Childhood trauma?
It is quite a complex topic, I know. But I think it is needed. It could be a series of videos and I’d love to see what you can bring on this subject regarding your vast experience working with gifted people.
