Just looked Lena up after coming from her appearance on Kentucky ballistics, what amazing skill she has. And as a host as well. Love how she's teasing a bit when others are so dry and silent to try and loosen them up a bit. Apart from that, I'm no shooter myself (it's not that common to be in Holland), but this was really interesting and informative. I never even thought about how speed consistency can be a part of competitive shooting. I think this sport can be so fun and fulfilling to do.
This is definitely a decent drill but I've come to realize I can split down into the 13/14 range but I really can't transition faster than a 20. So I would have to slow my splits down on close targets to make it sound uniform
Practice. After engaging the first target your eyes should lead your gun to the next. Start slow. Speed will increase after repetitions (hundreds). If you can practice this about once a week, you will be significantly faster in a few months.
Is it just me, or did she announce the order of winners inconsistent with the score shown on screen? Why was Bart called up as 3rd place, but shown in 2nd position on the screen with a higher hit factor than Mateusz?
Am I the only one seeing a cameraman in front of the hot gun, fliming into the Lena from the targets after she put down the hot gun? Apart from that great video and nice drills...
Not saying you’re cheating because you are an absolute elite shooter soo is the playing really equal? You helped design your very own pro model 365. Those dudes wouldn’t even come close to beating you.
I want you to listen. I want you to listen.. way over explaining this drill to these guys.. this video makes her look bad. Like she is overly controlling.. I feel like she is not normally like this
Lena injects not only her enthusiasm but an excellent delivery.
Great drills to improve transitions
🎓💪🏼🇺🇸

Team Poland 🥳
Dokładnie, Super!! Pozdrawiamy z naszego Pięknego Kraju .❤
Lena is outstanding. I love when she speaks and works with her Hands. Fantastic.
Holy smokes! She is blistering fast…and accurate.
All of these guys are quite good honestly wow
Great video. Never a disappointment when Lena is teaching.
When setting that drill, is it better to set it up on the app or on the timer itself?
It depends on your preference. Setting it up through the app is generally easier.

Awesome ❤
Lena is awesome
Good video. How do you stay aware of 3 targets and still be spot focused on the current target being engaged?

At 2:26 she chews on her hearing protection and puts it in her ear... what is going on there? Why?
I think she sucks on it to lube it so it goes in easier

What is the distance from the target? 5yds Or 7yds?

What were they shooting? What sig model was it?

Jakaś znajoma ta strzelnica :D
8:13 Gerry
Jerry was in the video the entire time.
Lena is the only one with a personality in this video!!! LOL.
😂 No.
Fast but shot placement matters more. I hope all shots were good.
Her father must be real proud. She’s awesome but dad’s a little faster 😂

This is Jerry with long hair, nice try.
That's NOT a good drill because VISION should always drive the speed of your shooting (especially for LE).
Yeah, but buy our shot timer bc Jerry’s daughter said so!
Shouldn't Lena throw down to see how she did against these competitors? C'mon Lena!
Nah, she’s selling something if you see her.

All she does is talk and talk and move her hands around.
She’s her father with the overwhelming woman talk.
