UPs TFR (total fertility rate) has reduced from 3.8 to 2.7 between 2005 to 2015.
This means the state is set to reach near 2.1 by 2025 even based on the current trends.
Today, fertility rates in UP are higher for poorer Hindus, scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and muslims. Discrimination based on number of children will largely mean that poorer and socially backward sections will suffer.. and rich,upper caste hindus will benefit. This is dangerous.

Considering one thing I think one point you mentioned is totally wrong. 2.8 percent of UP population fully vaccinated is equal to say 57 lakh approx and now delhi total population is 1.9 crore and 10 percent equal to 19 lakh so up is actually y doiluble vaccinated don't consider me as bhakt I'm just pointing out the mistake 😄
But u.p. also had budget way many folds than delhi. That's what you're missing
