It’s been a long time not playing the piano. And I forgot most part, I’m here listening it again. It’s been a great time gaining back my skills and memory.
Finally! I have been looking everywhere for a tutorial on this part of the song. Most of them just skip it completely. I learn by ear because I completely ignored braille music in HS and it came back to bite me later lol, and this tutorial is very easy to follow without any unnecessary rambling or drawing out rhythms and lines on paper like so many others seem to do. Thank you so much. You should do so many more of these BTW, I'd be here for it.
Thank you very much for the effort of making the full tutorial. It's great, and it's wonderful that such material is available for others to learn from. Im a complete beginner to piano (no formal musical education, but life long guitar player) and yet, with (quite :) ) a bit of effort I was able to get to part 4. I used to slow the video to about half to 3 quarters to be able to keep up, and found the trickiest parts were to get both hands to play well together. Would be helpful to noobs like me if you could show tricky right and left hand coordination slowly (sorry, slower than yours slow :) ). Another thing which could be helpful is when you play the full part, say, at quarter speed. then half, then 3 quarters. Slowest play can be interrupted to showcase the tricky bits... Anyway, just my 2c, I just slowed down the video where I needed, and am thankful that the material is available; so thank you once again!
Thank you, thank you for inserting the music sheet as it helped tremendously as to when to play the left and right hands together, what notes go together and the tempo. Great job!!!!
Great tutorials. I learned this piece in college when i was learning music theory, and this piece is not for beginners, but that not to say that a beginner can learn this piece, but depending on your level of piano playing skills, it can a lot of practice to be able to play this piece. Cant wait for your next tutorial. The next part and the last are the hardest part of this piece but with practice you can get it down.
This guy taught me my favorite piece to play so far. I've just about mastered it. I posted it on my TH-cam channel. It's obviously not perfect but I'm still proud of it. 😁
Need further explanation for the third part especially from the 7th minute as I couldn't get you on both hands where it should start the notes between both the hands.
Watching me play the right hand on my own without any prior formal learningy senior in school taught me the left hand for the part 1 and 2. Glad I found this channel. Will start trying this part Tnq. ...
can we have somthing by YANNI??!! there is no tutorial for his songs in entire youtube...that would be something new that no one else did it yet....(nostalgia) or (marching season) maybe
Practice the left hand a lot and try doing it with your eyes closed. If you can play that hand without thinking about it, just naturally, u can focus on the right hand
Hi, love your tutorial but having a hard time following the left hand on this part 3. I find it too quick for me to write down the notes in letters. Would you have the printable sheet notes in letters of the full version somewhere?
For me the hardest part of fur Elise is the two hands part, like if you agree. 😊 👍 I’m struggling with the timing. And when I play the two Ds with one hand my fingers barely reach them.
I’m 14, and I literally no nothing about notes lol, your tutorial are the only thing I have. Can anyone give me tips on how to become better at syncing my hands because I’m having trouble at 8:35 syncing my hands. It sounds horrible when I try lol
That was one problem I had but I got around it by just putting the speed to .5x or .25x etc. then playing along and seeing what the rh plays when the lh does that
The lessons were great thank you. However, I think it would have been helpful if a section of the lesson was spent on the precise timing and playing of each note when both hands came together, e.g. in the 2nd to 6th measures. I found that to be the hardest to get right.
13:26 The complete section
4:04 Right hand section
6:17 left hand
6:21 both hands together
7:47 chord
8:19 Left hand
9:26 Left Hand continued
10:39 Left Hand all together for the section
11:26 Both hands at a slow tempo
12:42 Both hands faster
13:42 Nice ending part
Thank You, very much appreciated!
😆
Very useful
I’m glad to see you’re still doing what you love, and you’ve only gotten better and better since the skating rink days lol. -Jenny.

Hi Singh,in your learning....can you as well assist to know the beat changed from 3/8 to 2/4 or something like that ?
Struggling with the timing of this part 😩 I’m doing just fine with right/left hand, but when it comes to both hands it messed up 😫
How u doing 7 months after ?
Break up into small parts, after learning we'll start playing continuously.
Biggest struggle for me right now. I can do both separately but the timing is so different

thank you so much ryan!!! I'm doing so good with your tutorials thabk you so much!
Need further explanation for the third part especially from the 7th minute as I couldn't get you on both hands where it should start the notes between both the hands.
just a simple tip feel you are not playing both hands just feel that they are separate and they have their own notes
You can use the play back speed to slow it down, maybe choose x.25 , that's what I did and I was able to figure out.
keep repeating and learn how to read notes, you can figure it out yourself
Thank you very much and now i can play full version of "Fur elise".
Thank you very much! These are the only lessons that teach how to play the full version🤗
Thank you so much man teached me a lot already and super comfortable. Patience.

You just explain lh and rh, not the relation between them like "the right hand goes like that when the left hand goes like that"
That was one problem I had but I got around it by just putting the speed to .5x or .25x etc. then playing along and seeing what the rh plays when the lh does that

The lessons were great thank you. However, I think it would have been helpful if a section of the lesson was spent on the precise timing and playing of each note when both hands came together, e.g. in the 2nd to 6th measures. I found that to be the hardest to get right.
